Hotel O Prayag Villa

I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite my high expectations of the brand, the room I stayed in was of substandard quality, and I encountered several issues that made my stay very unpleasant. Firstly, the bathroom was unclean and made my entire stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was infested with rats, which posed a safety hazard and made it impossible for me to sleep well. Moreover, the lighting in the room was not proper, making it difficult to carry out basic tasks such as reading or working. To make things worse, the windowpanes were broken, which allowed noise and pollution from outside to disturb me throughout the night. I sincerely hope that the hotel management and OYO takes notice of my feedback and takes necessary steps to improve the quality of the rooms. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A COMFORTABLE AND SAFE STAY.

Very poor service, unhygienic room, no mineral water , they dont allow you to wait in the reception even for 10mins, unprofessional staff, used bedsheet, no clean dustbin(felt like i will vomit, after complain they didnt change for 2 days ,we had to keep our trash in the room only), no cleaning service.Only good thing was working AC and locality.

Please don't stay here !! Yhan mat rukiye... I stayed here for 2 days. Below is the honest review of this hotel :- Cons : 1. It is not like how it is mentioned in picts, it is totally different. 2. It looks like a "C" grade place to stay(it is simply some rooms converted into hotel. 3. Rooms don't look clean, they look very old. 4. No packed water is available as complementary. 5. Toilet is very dirty, it looks very old.No exhaust window/fan. 6. No doormats 7. No mirror, No dustbins, No hangers 8. No one will be there at reception always, they come occassionally. 9. Hotel Cost must be between 300 to 500 max. 10. No breakfast, No wifi. Pros : 1. Location wise it is at good relaxing place. The place is surrounded by lots of hospitals & specialist, doctors. If you have to stay, you have some work in emergency you can stay. 2. Room size is good. 3. Hot water is also available. 4. RO/Purified water is available all the time.

Don’t go by the pictures and name ‘Villa’.. bathrooms are very dirty, bed sheets were not clean ( though they replaced with another one but all have some stains). Better to spend few more bucks and have a decent hotel.
