POP 83551 Happy Stay Inn

The worst service and the biggest scam company I've ever seen. I booked a room in Prayagraj and when I reached at the location, there was no hotel. Even, it does not exists there. There customer service representatives are completely illiterate and don't know how to talk to the customers. When I called the customer service, they hanged up call on my face for 8-10 times. I made the payment in advance and nothing happened, no hotel, no room neither any refund. Fraud company!!!

I an unable to check in that hotel. Address given by OYO was wrong. When I have reached that address there were no hotel named Happy Stay Inn. At that address some other oyo hotel present which was refused me to check in.
