SPOT ON 82031 Hotel George K-19

Terrible service, i have booked this through Oyo site on 13aug 2022 but rejected when I reached there. In the mid night they asked to move another hotel which is a fake Oyo. Even behaviour are too risky and i thought of calling police. A worst nightmare for me. I have been using OYO hotel all North side are super fraud. They speak like local goons and it is completely unsafe for family. I complain to OYO too and they assured me to take action.

Hotel is situated in Darbhanga colony A.n.jha marg. It's not tie-up with Oyo but another property of their is tie-up with Oyo.hotel staff's are very polite and humble in nature specially Manager Mr.Tiwari.we stay here for around 7 days for our child's treatment n prayagraj.Mr.tiwari allowed us to use their Gas to prepare food for our child. Although this is the type of hotel were couple were come but no problem for family also. Room's are clean but mosquito are there so better to use mosquito repellent. Charges are 1400 & 1600 for non AC and AC.overall good hotel

Worst place to stay at. Bedsheet was stained with so many different colours. I was really shocked to see the pathetic condition of the hotel. Please see the pics and avoid this place like a disease.

There is flexibility in all types of services. They provide Services 24*7. The Rooms were in Hygeine Conditions. They are Maintaining a great gesture towards the Visitor's. The foods and Snacks are very good in taste. They recently have change the whole maintanence and have a good appearance. The Hotel is been not tied up with OYO.

I totally recommend you to stay this hotel when you have to transfer 1 day or 2 days in PRAYAGRAJ Literally very easy to get this hotel from the airport or Railway station. I can see this hotel name from (800 m away). The price is reasonable for all those facilities they provides.

Went to check-in at night after booking through goibibo @420/-. But the hotel staff demanded extra money to match their offline charge i.e. 1000/- for non-ac and 1500/- for ac rooms. I had no option without agreeing as goibibo was not going to refund as the time for refundable room cancellation was over. Room was sufficient for me, a single person check-in with spacious window, almirah and clean bathroom. Overall satisfied stay neglecting the initial problem.

We booked our room through Oyo by paying full Amount. Hotel dined to provide room to us. Hotel Management is very rude and they run Scam of cheating customer. After confirm booking they give the room to someone else. Never stay in this hotel. Hotel Management is Gunda type people. Their way of talking is very harsh. They are fraud also. If u want Worst experience stay in this hotel.

Extremely Bad Experience - No Room Service -No TV, AC & Wi-Fi Facility -Rude Staff Behaviour -Unnecessary Door Knocking -Late Checkout not allowed even if you have mentioned it in Your Online Booking -No Restaurant and Food Facility. -Swiggy, Zomato Food service not allowed till Room - Only Single Floor Hotel(2nd Floor), -As Reception is nearby to every room, so hotel staff will knock yours Room unnecessary.
