FabHotel Downtown Residency

All the hotels I have stayed in in my life, this hotel has been the worst experience I have had. Instead of Fab Hotel they gave me Citymax Hotel along with the same address. Even after reaching the place, I kept looking for the hotel with my old parents, but how could I find it because its name had been changed to citimax, also no customer care executives were picking my Phone .It was raining and cold too. Even the local people there did not know about the fab hotel. I had a very scary experience with this hotel.

There's no power back up as if light connection is not there you will have to suffer from this, also they have changed name to citimax inn hotel from downtown residency so you will have to spare 30-40 mins to find the correct location and no one from nearby knows about the real name. Very annoying.

Rooms were clean and hygienic, Food was awesome 👌, Staff was very polite and helpful. It is a new clean hygienic property at very affordable price. I enjoyed my stay .

No arrangement of stay of driver at venue. Temperature was 44 degree so we have left venue yesterday. No arrangement of entertainment at venue.
