Hotel Crown Palace

We had booked 3 rooms for our extended family and stayed here for just 1 night(1st July 2016). The rooms were nice. The rooms/toilet were clean, so are the linens/towels. The service was good. The restaurant serves very good food. The hotel is centrally located. This is a good 3 star hotel and the price we paid made it a very good deal.

Hotel is clean . We were 5 sr citizen couples. We had to do only Triveni sangam. So its nice to stay fr a night. This area is crowd y but railway station is nearer. rooms were clean but lack of regular maintaince such fan were not working properly. Our deal was only with b.f. Food was nice but service wass slow.

I had come to visit sometime at the Chowk and wanted to stay overnight at a Decent hotel near by.||Pleasantly surprised to see such a good hotel. I booked the reservation through Goibibo and immediately called the hotel. Nice to see that the reservation has already gotten through. With respect to connectivity thumbs-up.||I arrived late. Hence dinner choices were limited. Yet it was sufficient that I was getting Dal Chawal or sandwich to eat.||Room and linen was crisp and clean. Air condition was working. However one of the ceiling lights was not working. Being a discerning traveler, I thought this was not correct. As happens in most hotels, the pores in the health fosset was jammed.||Towel and toilets were given.||You got a newspaper in the morning. Room service timing is decent and is within 30 minutes. Best part I could get the tea made to my liking. A great day to start with a cuppa.||Transportation is not a problem in this area. It is close to the railway station.||The entrance was a concern since it was dug up.||Breakfast was served as a decent buffet. They called me to tell me that Your breakfast is waiting in the dining hall. Felt that the call was personalised. Good going boys! I did not have the breakfast and hence cannot comment on the food.||Checkout was seamless. I had a cup of tea in the morning and they promptly succeed it off after understanding that I am skipping the breakfast.||Hoteld like these are like small gems embedded and yet to shine.||Overall a wonderful experience.|

Check-in was quick. But the room is ok. Decent for 1 night stay. Too many cockroaches in the room. The main door can be opened from outside unless locked from inside which isn't the case in many hotels. Please note people randomly open the doors here. Happened multiple times that a person opened a door and mentioned that they wanted to go to the next door. Food is good but staff is arrogant. Overall my experience was ok. Giving 2 star because of pests, loss of privacy and low security.

Great rooms. Great service. You have to show an identity card to get the room even if you reserve the room online so do carry that. Free breakfast was included in the stay. Parking is not that secure but it's fine.

It's 3.5/5. A decent place to stay. OK OK food not that great. It's next to a busy road, no good view at all. The room service was good. Room was clean. Very near to Allahabad City Station. They use medimix small soap and provide you with sunsilk pouch shampoo.

This hotel is good but they are not providing Bottle water as room complimentary. They are providing normal water which is not filtered. It's matter of few rupees. Hotel management should give water bottles on daily basis.

Most I loved it's suit to mood corners and settings either you want couple of tables space or bar or dine or Coffee break. They can offer things you want. Seems they sniff your desire and mood.Lovely.
