Booking Date 31st Jan to 2nd Feb 2025 Platform Agoda, We were a group of four family members, including seniors above 65 years old. Upon arrival, the hotel staff denied our booking, despite the full payment being made in advance. We were left waiting in their reception for 1.5 hours, arguing with them about the payment and refund. After much hassle, they finally adjusted us to a nearby homestay, which was far from ideal. The room provided was on the 2nd floor, making it difficult for the seniors to access. Additionally, we had originally booked a family room with two double beds, but at the adjusted hotel, they provided one double bed and two floor mats—and shockingly, they charged ₹800 extra for the mats, despite our full payment at Vrrinda. To make things worse, Agoda’s customer service was unhelpful, offering no real resolution. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, avoid Vrrinda Homestay GRB first they deny the booking then they will agree and will adjust you like they are doing some favour for you against the money you paid them . Booking through a more reliable platform would be a wiser choice. If you don’t mind starting your day with a frustrating argument, then go ahead—but I wouldn’t recommend it!

Near Kashi Vishwanath temple. Routes are well connected from all tourist attractions. Provide cars for local sightseeing and mandir darshan. Thanks
