Abhivadya Gange Hotel and cottage

The establishment lacked basic amenities and cleanliness. There was no running water, making simple tasks difficult. The rooms had a pungent odor and were poorly maintained. The bathroom was in a deplorable state with unhygienic remnants. The hotel manager showed no professionalism or interest in addressing concerns. We were denied drinking water for two days, neglecting guest well-being. The use of child labor was evident among the staff, raising ethical and legal concerns. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with subpar conditions, unresponsive management, and exploitative practices.

Horrible hotel and ridiculous staff with ridiculous customer service. The behaviour of the staff was ridiculous and no customer service rooms were uncleaned ,bathroom was uncleaned and bad odour ,rats roming around the round uncleaned unhygienic ,no wifi , no water available ,ac not working properly. Horrible stay and horrible staff, will never stay again. The unprofessional staff's who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to guests .The room itself was a disappointment – outdated decor, uncomfortable beds, and a musty smell that made it difficult to even breathe. The noise from the hotel staff is more irritating, it impossible to get a good night's sleep, and the thin walls ensured that every conversation in the hallway felt like it was happening in my room.

Never book this hotel or cottage, no proper amenities like towel, soap, geyser etc and moreover they do not provide you drinking water also. My whole trip ruined as my relative fall ill because of their misarrangement. It was a terrible experience

Please avoid coming to this hotel.. linen dirty.. no dining facilities.. above all we did not have water in the washroom for the whole night.. they supposedly do not have a water supply of their own and depend on the Govt. supply of water.. I would have given “0” stars if that was in the options..

These are fraud people, do not book with them. The person who manages the hotel with the name Samir Rai take the amount for the booking and never confirmed if the reservation is in place. We are trying to contact the person to refund the amount and he is just ignoring us and not replying to calls or messages. Please STAY AWAY from Fraudster's.

They are fraud... They ll book ur room for 2 days on call for a specific price. Then after chek in and payment they ll deny your stay after one day by saying that they have only charged for one day..services are bad..rooms are dirty... Stair is steep ... Dont visit ....u r gonna regret ur stay ...

Very bad management. The rooms were not as shown. They changed our bookings 3 times and sent us to stay in a hut 🛖. Don't stay in it. If you do make sure you don't book through Dhananjay Pandey.

3rd class hotel 3 rd class location poor service and management. They ll change ur booking and dates according to them. This hotel should be shut down. They are 420s of varanasi to cheat the tourists
