Quality Inn by Choice Hotels City Centre

We had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The food was also great, with a good variety of tasty options. The service we received was top-notch. A special thank you to Deepak, the manager, who was incredibly professional and welcoming. His dedication to making guests feel at home truly made our trip memorable. While the room size was decent and comfortable, it wasn't particularly large. However, this was a minor detail that didn't detract from our overall positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great location.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The ambiance is wonderful and truly relaxing. The food is a highlight – we tried dinner, lunch, and the breakfast buffet, and it was by far the best we’ve had so far. The variety, taste, and quality were outstanding. What impressed us even more was the staff. Everyone was warm, polite, and very attentive. A special mention to the manager – not only is he a great professional, but also a genuinely good human being. He personally helped us by arranging medicines when needed and spoke with so much kindness and care. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent stay with amazing food and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Had the rooms for 2 nights and it was a fine experience. Location is good, rooms well cleaned and in order. They provided additional bed to accommodate extra person . Room size was small though. Since I don’t know of comparable hotels , their room sizes, and the prices-I wouldn’t consider that in my rating though these were definitely the smallest rooms I have seen in any hotels I stayed in. Complimentary Breakfast buffet has lot of varieties and it was pretty good. Service was satisfactory too. We had dinner there which was fine as well except for one of their managers, who sounded quite rude. Am not sure if he had personal issues plaguing him or the hotel not giving him a raise but I had to actually tell him on the face about his rudeness. It wasn’t just my personal opinion, other family members who were sitting on different tables also echoed the same. Apart from this bad experience, am still going with a generous 5*.

Room is comfortable , with all features, but smaller. Restaurant food is excellent and had all my meals there, throughout the stay. Staff , everyone from reception to restaurant, are wonderful . I booked through a travel portal and found the price reasonable. If you are looking for a big lobby , very spacious outer space, this can not be your choice. But, if comfort, good food are the criteria, you needn’t look beyond. This is the place.

The hotel was extremely welcoming. It had all the facilities and the room service and service in general was great. The staff was so polite and helpful. The food of restaurant was amazing. We ordered some of the most delicious food in the hotel. The rooms and all the hallways were super clean and the management was also up to the mark. It is a little small but it is comfortable.

Our stay at Quality inn city centre was relaxing and calm. The rooms were a bit compact but were neat and clean with all the required amenities. The entire staff at the hotel is helpful attentive and responsive to the needs. Overall it was a very good stay. Recommend this place.

Excellent property very neat & clean. Services & the team of staff were very good & responsive. Even tough we reached late they prepared & served hot & delicious food in the room. Keep it up.

I visited this hotel recently for my Varansi trip and it was the best experience for me. Good food. Good hospitality. Great ambience. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent staff that helped us in planning our trip and arranging everything for us. I totally recommend this place. Thank you and will be back!
