Very rude staff, food quality very poor Hopeless service and above all they treat us as if they are giving us favor and they are the only one in varanasi who provide rooms for stay.. worst experience Highly dissatisfied

Nice ambience...most importantly neat n clean with proper maintenance of hygiene..Food is also good which comes in a good quantity ... Therefore had a good stay here...

Positives: Hotel location is very good , very close to Vishwanath temple and ghats. The hotel is new , the rooms size are good and the rooms are also clean. Service and food is really good. Negative : Room prices are on higher side.

worst rooms, worst service, worst facilities. horrible experience.

Rooms are in good condition with a clean washroom. The only issue was that the geyser was not working while visiting in the month of January so required hot water and asked several times to get that fixed but that was not, but yeah they provided hot water bucket when asked but that feels like dharamshala else nothing bad everything was fine with the Hotel like there staff was good and friendly, you can reach temple and ghats in 5 to 10 mins with your vehicle.
