The Pinnacle Inn Sarnath - Best 4 Star Hotel in Sarnath

Stayed here for 3 nights for a local wedding. From service to food - hotel is substandard. Our room didn’t have hot water regulation. No proper laundry service, hair dryer not working. Housekeeping number is unavailable. We had to call the receptionist multiple times to get one work. Don’t even get me started on food. Very average.

Shivam was helpful in cleaning our room. Food is really good, staff is extremely nice. Water pressure is good, and water is hot. Very nice staff. The food is really tasty and the staff is helpful in serving with a nice smile. Would recommend staying here.

Loved the the hotel a lot! The rooms were amazing! The staff was welcoming and polite! Just one problem we faced was of hot water as there was some problem in the solar panel. But they gave us the hot water buckets later! Overall it was a nice stay!!

I was impressed by all the staff within the hotel, The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Specially Jyoti Singh she guided us properly very helpful and answered all our questions. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. It was nice experience.

Stayed at Hotel Pinnacle Inn in Varanasi and was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is reasonably priced and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was truly unforgettable. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Our waitress, Hitesh Ji Marital Jitandera, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, patient, and provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers seeking kind hospitality and delicious food.

The hotel is really good.we got all kind of facility. We booked 4star hotel but I feel like 5star. Overall experience was nice. Shalini and Jyoti who sit in main reception, they were also nice while welcoming. All stall member was nice.
