Worst hotel to stay , staff are not responsible at all. There is no Cleaning service , no drinking water. Had worst experience staying in this hotel. They are totally money minded and if you tell any problem in the room or service , they don’t even think about it.

There were 5 of us in our group, and when we arrived at Shri Krishna, having booked online, we could not have hoped for warmer and friendlier people. They were so helpful and caring. My son and his wife were in one room, and myself, my daughter and my friend were in another family room. This room was so hot as the air con kept cutting out, and without us asking, they came and offered us an upgrade to a suite that was much better and with working air con! ||The actual place is a little tired looking, and it is not sparkling clean, but is decent enough, and certainly is plenty good enough considering how cheap it is. ||We did not have anything to eat there, so can't comment on the food. ||We were only there for one night, but the following day they allowed us to have the rooms for a few hours longer while we waited until it was time to go to the airport. ||What stood out to us all was the hospitality of the staff, the kind and caring attitude, and a real sense of wanting to help us. They booked a car for us to go to the airport which saved us trying to get one. ||Thank you Shri Krishna Hotel for being so friendly and hospitable.

It's not at all Beautiful hotel. We have no option to choose other places due to time constraints. Neither the door, lock, nor the service of Food. Just for one night you can stay here. But the behaviour of the staff, specially Nanddlal ji is very sweet. We were stayed ground floor. One marriage party was there in the next morning. It's generated so high sounds, we couldn't take rest.

In my experience my cousin got engaged in this lawn. The manager at first promises he will provide coffee n water but at the time he didn't so it was a rush little bit but all the way its good at this price range PLEASE DISCUSS THE CATERING SYSTEM BRIEFLY WITH THEM

It's worst experience of this hotel.,after confirm booking and advance payment owner refuse to handover the rooms. Our booking is wasted in addition to this the time of our check-in is 12 mid night but He ask us to leave . The Kashi people's don't have a curticy.The rooms are the worst in condition.Request you all . Please don't ever try this hotel ,this is not hotel it is a dharamshala. Zero Star ,even it is not even liable for any star.

I booked this hotel through oyo (booking id-ADHK6257).But the manager of hotel told me that pls cancel the booking of oyo and he will give direct access to room with the same price as booked through oyo app. I insisted that i will stay on behalf of oyo booking id, he denied to give checkin through oyo id. When i told him that if i pay through oyo app online then i will get discount of 20% on booking. He rejected this request and told me that he will not allow online payment. Somehow i managed and provided him cash. More worse was noisy location because it was a banquet hall and more than 200 people were there with DJ, in the afternoon we were unable to sleep due to noise. I never recommend any one to book this hotel.

This hotel is doing monopoly over Varansi. We had booked this hotel from 24 Dec 2019 to 26 Dec 2019 using OYO. On 24 Dec when we reached at hotel hotel reception started saying they can not check in us and their tablet is not working where they can login to oyoand also they mentioned that OYO did not pay them from 4 months. And they asked me to cancel the current booking and place a new booking by paying that day's higher charges. OYO somehow shifted us to another hotel but it took 4 hours for us by struggling call with OYO. Never ever book this hotel as they are the super cheater in Varanasi, even OYO auditor was their that day and he also told the same thing
