**Hotel Review: Disappointing Experience at Kashvi Hotel** I would strongly advise against booking a stay at Kashvi Hotel, despite its "newly built" label on hotel booking websites. My stay was far from pleasant, and I encountered several issues that severely impacted my experience: 1. **Staff Hospitality:** The hotel staff displayed zero hospitality. They were not welcoming, and their attitude seemed indifferent at best. The lack of customer service was evident from the moment I arrived. 2. **Bathroom Issues:** The bathroom was poorly designed, with water leaking out onto the room floor. It was clear that the construction was rushed, and this resulted in a very uncomfortable situation, especially considering the mess it caused. 3. **Room Amenities:** The room had only one chair, as the other one was broken. When I requested a plastic chair, the hotel was unable to provide one, which seemed strange and unprofessional for a hotel that claims to offer basic amenities. 4. **Unreliable Communication:** The hotel doesn't answer calls made from the room's landline to reception. However, when I called the same reception number from my mobile phone, they answered almost immediately. This inconsistency in service was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, my stay at Kashvi Hotel was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of proper hospitality, maintenance issues, and poor customer service made it an overall unpleasant experience.

I stayed here with my friends for a couple of days, and the hospitality was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly caring and helpful, especially Vikash, who made us feel at home. He went above and beyond, taking care of even the smallest details, guiding us, and helping arrange all our commutes. Thanks to his efforts and the exceptional service from the entire staff, our journey was seamless and truly memorable. Highly recommend this place!"

Worst Service and Mismanagement This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked 2 rooms for 7 people in the morning, and the hotel confirmed the booking, even assuring me that one room would be ready by 4:30 PM when we arrived so we could freshen up and head out for Darshan. They promised to provide the second room after we returned. However, upon arrival, the receptionist asked us to wait 10-15 minutes, claiming the room was getting ready. After waiting for over an hour, we were informed that only a 4-bed room was available, and we were expected to "adjust," which was completely unacceptable for 7 people, including my two children and elderly parents. To make matters worse, we had already unloaded our bags, and the car had left due to a lack of parking. This left us stranded and scrambling to find another hotel on such short notice, which was extremely inconvenient and stressful for my family. The lack of professionalism, mismanagement, and complete disregard for customer comfort and commitments is appalling. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Brand New property with cooperative staff, neat & clean room, prime location with easy connectivity & transport facilities also provided by hotel itself. I stayed for 2 days, and the experience was awesome & relaxing. Will surely recommend to all the tourists and families😃

Worst place to ever stay on..! The staff non co-operative , couldnt arrange an extra pillow for 3 nights. Receiving the new booking calls but not receiving the calls from the rooms. Worst ever hotel to stay. Prices paid triple than the usual rates.

We were really pleased with our stay. The hotel room was extremely clean, spacious and beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent, the location of the hotel is great and very close to everything which is very convenient.This was a wonderful 💯 hotel and very well priced!The owner (Mr. Akash Srivastava) makes you feel like a part of his family and gives amazing support in all your travel, tourism and transportation needs.Friendly reception staff who are always willing to help.If I come back to Kashi, your Kashvi Hotel will be my first choice. Thanks a lot 😊

If you want to get suffocated in an airless small cell without any window book into this hotel.Room was smelly with strong odour of air freshner, dirty hotel with bugs unclean beddings and towels. The check in was 1 hour late even after reaching there 2 hours after the regular check in time, disappointing stay wouldnt at all recommend it to anyone.
