Hotel Diamond Palace

It's a worst hotel. Don't ever come here. The reception man was behaving very badly, after our check in. There was no solution of our problems at all. Water leakage at every place.

Best place to stay as it's in the heart of kashi and all the places let it be a temple, ghats or shopping area. All are just walking distance. This hotel is located in the centre of the area with a parking facility. Value for money.

Worst Hotel in entire Varanasi, Rooms Stink, bed sheets have holes, AC not working and attitude of 5Star hotel. Please don't book this hotel at all.

We checked in to this hotel on 23rd Dec and requested them for the room to be booked until 27th except for 24th dec since we had to go to Ayodhya. When we returned on 25th dec night around 1am, these people denied giving us the room claiming that we had never booked. Utterly ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour from the hotel staff and on top of that, there’s absolutely no respect. They make us feel as if we were staying there for free. These guys are bloody cheaters and liars

Management of this hotel is poor, we had booked 5 rooms but they gave us the keys of only 4 rooms and even after making a mistake, Staffs were arguing nd AC in the room was also old broken. Also hygiene nd Cleanliness is not at all maintained here.

Food & drinks Once you walk to main road from hotel all kinds of foods, malls, sweet houses, ... Etc. Are available. Now you can also order food to be delivered to hotel using food delivery apps. Noteworthy details Very near to main road. Walk able distance to nandi circle. From nandi circle you can walk to KASHI VISHWANATH TEMPLE & VARIOUS GANGA GHATS.

Not even single star for this room I would lik to give… because we booked 2 rooms online with payment… after few minutes they call us n say rooms are booked n there’s no vacancy then they say will arrange another hotel which is ours we agreed after reaching they gave us only 1 room we argued n then we got 2… but room quality was so worst n full smelly n no AC.. morning this diamond palace manager is calling n saying for two room u will have to pay extra n he charged 4K extra… we argued n some how we managed to check out from there.. I request plz don’t book hotel here

Horrible Experience. Booked 4 rooms for 3 days with family. After a day they were asking to vacate the room as room is booked to other people. As we got to know that the owner is getting more money so they gave the rooms to other people. Apart from this rooms were not clean, used bedsheet provided, no room service, no hot water, rude behaviour of staffs and manager. Never ever book this hotel.
