Price/performance ratio is absolutely bad. I paid 7900 rupees for a night because I thought I would get the same quality of service. But I was wrong. Comfort - extremely noisy, impossible to sleep; no hot water after 11pm. Breakfast - I like Indian food and I don't expect any super special dishes - but at least just scrambled eggs... not possible for this hotel. The staff in the breakfast room was friendly and tried their best to make. Is the hotel clean? It is not dirty - the bed/sheets are good, but it is not clean. In the pictures you can see how "clean" the hotel is. The girl at the reception is friendly and ready to help.

I booked the hotel from the 29th Dec 2024 till 1st Jan 2025. The hotel is well located and accessible. The staff is humble and takes good care. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Strongly recommended.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The room is filthy - floor is sticky. Bed sheets stained. Full of bugs. Everything dusty. Restaurant is similarly filthy. Completely and utterly unacceptable. The noise from the street is extremely loud even on the top floor. Constant beeping from traffic isn't blocked by windows or doors so noise comes from both sides. Staff are sullen and untrained. The price is a complete scam - it costs ten times more than it should.

This hotel is somewhat like a business hotel, with a convenient location on the main road, making it easy to catch a taxi. Overall, it’s quite clean, and the staff are very friendly, especially the security guard downstairs, who is very diligent, responsible, and welcoming. Every time I came in or out, he greeted me with a smile, which really added to the hotel’s positive impression. However, I was disappointed with the bedding—it was so old and worn that you could barely tell it was supposed to be white; it looked more like gray, which was a bit gross. But overall, I would still recommend this hotel, especially considering how dirty and chaotic Varanasi can be, then you have something looking mordern, of course it is pricey.

I booked this property after visiting their Rishikesh property which was an amazing experience but had an extreme bad experience at Varanasi property. The beds were not cleaned, the washrooms were very small & not cleaned. The dispensers were empty & broken. The only good thing I liked about the place was restaurant & the Desi Tea. The hotel is located in the middle of the city so be prepared for a lot of honking sounds & traffic movement throughout the day.

It’s well maintained and clean. Just 15 mins walking from Kashi temple, and a prime location where almost everything is available. Reception staff are polite and helpful. Overall it was a good stay !

I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at Bedzzz Hotel, Varanasi, for the night of October 14th via Goibibo. Due to my flight being cancelled, I had to rebook for October 13th, extending my stay to two nights. Considering the situation, I requested Goibibo to amend my booking to include the extra night. They reached out to Leisure Hotels to check availability, only to inform me that the hotel was "fully booked" and could not accommodate my request. Instead, they shockingly suggested I stay in a female dormitory with my 76-year-old mother. How could anyone in hospitality even suggest this as a viable solution?||||When I then requested to cancel the booking, as clearly no reasonable options were being offered, Goibibo informed me that the hotel’s approval was needed. However, when I reached out to the hotel's reservation manager, Mohd. Zubair, he simply passed the buck back to Goibibo, refusing to approve the cancellation. Despite Goibibo reportedly sending three emails to Leisure Hotels, Zubair blatantly refused to help.||||It is truly appalling how Leisure Hotels handled this situation. Rather than showing any understanding or flexibility for a customer in an unforeseen situation, they hid behind rigid policies, prioritizing their profit over basic customer service. Leisure Hotels’ treatment of customers is nothing short of harassment. For a brand supposedly focused on hospitality, they have failed miserably.||||I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Leisure Hotels to think twice. Their complete lack of empathy and unprofessional management makes for a truly pathetic experience. Don't expect any support if you find yourself in a tight spot; they will happily leave you stranded.||||Avoid at all costs!

It’s a wonderful property, located very near to famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple and opposite to Kashi famous chaat shop “ Deena Chaat” (Now world Famous to serve at Great Ambani Wedding). Very well designed rooms keeping in mind comfort and safety. Staff is really Courteous and helpful. Interaction with Mr. Umashankar was really good, he is really great at his work and very helpful to solve your queries. Recommend for stay with family and friends. Food quality is awesome although little costly compared to outside.. but convenience comes with Price 😃 Hope to visit Kashi again and book the same hotel 👍🏻
