Hotel V.K. Grand

We stayed on 26th &27th December there last year.The location of the hotel is very bad.No e rikshaw driver wanted to go there after we arrived in Varanasi Junction.We were not getting any e rikshaw or auto to come back from Vishwanath Temple. Room was average.Bathroom doors didn't have locks.Blankets were too dirty.They didn't even wanted to change it at first! Bad experience to be honest.By looking pictures and the behaviour of the manager I thought I had a good deal but it wasn't that good though.

Location, service and rooms everything was good, not that great but then the charges were also affordable. Good accommodation in the charges they charged.

The only pros of this Hotel is its location which is around 1 km from Temple, other than that worst room service, no cleaning, lift doesn’t work, water service not proper and the list goes on and on. Think twice before you book.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The website said the staff can speak English, but they barely speak it at all. The sheets were already dirty when I entered and they came into my room without knocking.

If you and your family and friends came to that hotel at 5.15 am it's hard to get a room, It's so frustrating for old people who are tired after the journey..... 2nd of all top floor table and chair condition absolutely worst ..... If you think you wanna visit that hotel at winter time with your Toure guide it's ok but at dinner time it's absolutely freezing because of the cold wind

This is the first time stayed in a hotel .my experience was very good ..the whole hotel hotel staff is awesome .the location of the hotel is very good,the room service is good our hotel is good in terms of safety ... Thanks hotel vk grand varanasi up

No cleanliness in the room,the lift doesn't work properly, the receptionist are rude, No maintenance, worst experience of the receptionist,we stayed 5 days no cleaning,the lift was getting shock, we paid 6000 no worth for money,,please don't stay in this hotel, prefer another hotel...

Most 3rd class hotel I have ever stay. Extreme bad smell from pillow. Towels are not provided.
