Spacious rooms with cleanest environment|It was a good experience to stay in this hotel. I opted for superior room with garden view but they promoted my room to Suite because of their own reasons.|The location of the hotel is best. Out if the crowdy area still near to the temple.|I would give 5 star in cleaniness. The behaviour of the staff was very good and helpful. Bedsheets were clean. All the accessories in the room and washroom were perfectly placed. All the staff was well behaved and cooperative.|Food menu prices are also very pocket friendly.|Although the room prices are high but its value for money. Should try once !!

Hotel Sada Shiv deserves a BIG THANKS from our BIG family, which was hosted for 4 amazing days. Our package came with 2 complimentary meals at a great price! Everyone from our Family - the Senior Citizens to the Young Kids had something special for them during this stay! The rooms were spacious and clean, house-keeping was prompt and courteous. We were given interconnected rooms, which made our stay more enjoyable. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply SUPERB. No matter which cuisine you ordered, their Chefs were simply the BEST. The entire Sada shiv Team was really warm and welcoming, taking care of even the small things! Full marks to the Hotel Management/Owners for backing such a motivated Team. The location was excellent, close to all major attractions yet at a safe/peaceful distance from the cacophony on Banaras streets! ! Thanks once again and keep up the Great Work!

The service at this hotel was exceptional! From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and efficient, quickly handling our check-in and answering all our questions with a smile. The hotel's location was also a highlight, nestled in a charming part of Varanasi with easy access to many of the city's attractions

Hotel surrounding Location is not clean and not good. Staff treated well ❤️. Rooms are horrible with smell and washrooms are not cleaned. The room where I stayed had no power to geyser. Food was not good at hotel. If you’re travelling with family. It’s not recommended. The locality was not good.

It is the worst experience ever I get in any of the stay. The service is not good. The AC is not working properly. The heater is also not working. The staff is not helping they just ask to change one room to another for the service. The food is also not good. Please don't go there. Choose the stay wisely.

1. Small Rooms: The rooms were uncomfortably small, offering little space for guests to move around. 2. Lack of Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the rooms and common areas, was severely lacking. 3. Slow Service: The service was extremely slow, and less staff. 4. No Lift: The absence of a lift forced guests to carry their luggage up multiple flights of stairs, which is unacceptable, especially for those with heavy bags or mobility issues. 5. Dirty Bathroom: The bathroom was unhygienic and poorly maintained. The lack of proper cleaning made it difficult to feel comfortable. no flush. top ventilation fan window is wide open 6. Overall Disappointing Stay: The hotel falls short on several basic expectations, including cleanliness and customer service. Serious improvements are needed to make it an acceptable place to stay.

It was a decent experience with this property as the location is nice with kashi temple and kaal Bhairav at walking distance and the staffs were cooperative. All the amenities provided were upto mark and the stay was neat and clean.
