Location is good and Temple , ghats walkable distance in this hotel very good clean and staff behaviour was very good I suggest atlist every tourist can we try stay especially for cleaning and location lift service Wi-Fi hot and cold water 24 hour desk everything is good please try to at least one time to stay in this hotel I suggest I also enjoyed

Firstly when I have check-in they refused to give room for my confirmed booking from yatra app, but then suddenly they found a vacant room for me, staff was helpful, service was okay okay....no issue but slow. Food is good. Overall good place to stay also near the temple.

We stayed at Divine Destination hotel from 9th to 13th 5 days. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Food is really very good. Service is also good. Service personnel are very good in their behaviour. Manisha Roy and family

Hotel staff is very helpful and always ready to help, this my 3rd stay in this hotel. I will always prefer this hotel and same room in future. Food from IRD was awesome and always on time and I am very thankful to the kitchen team who is preparing food for my 1year old daughter. Thank you so much Team Divine

The room was maintained and good, budget friendly and service is good with in the hotel. The staff is good and talks politely with everyone. Things are in time here. I would recommend this place everytime I visit Varanasi.

1. I stayed along with my senior citizen parents in Hotel Divine Destination Banaras on 11th Jan 2024. My experience was very bad and it was ruined by one of the hotel staff Mr. Chotelaal who managed the hotel's restaurant. He behaved very rudely with us and broke into an argument with us in the restaurant when we ordered food. He was reducing the quantity of food (no. of plates) which we ordered and when I opposed he started shouting and arguing with me and my senior citizen parents. This was very unpleasent for us specially when we wanted to start our day with peace in a religious place like Banaras. |2. Hotel location is fine but the rooms are very very small. |3. We were not given the Classic Room which was promised to me over telephone even though they changed our room, but the other room was also not Classic but Delux (even smaller) category. ||Overall very bad and unpleasant experience. Book your stay here at your own risk

One of the worst places to stay for families or otherwise. When we visited the place some parts of it were under construction. Reception is on 3rd floor and the lift is tiny. The rooms that we were offered were dirty to the core, including furniture and upholstery. On complaining, they changed the room which were only a shade better. Bathrooms are no good as well. See the pictures which speak for themselves. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are visiting with a family. Make My Trip tricked us in booking this as it is on their Value for money list. STAY AWAY.
