Hotel Kashi Grand Inn

I had booked this hotel based on the images and descriptions provided on their website, but upon arrival, I was completely shocked. The hotel is inside a small market complex, nothing like what was advertised. The rooms are extremely small, and the overall atmosphere was unclean and unpleasant. Due to these issues, I had no choice but to cancel my booking immediately. However, the hotel refused to refund my money despite the clear misrepresentation. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this place. Transparency and honesty should be a priority in the hospitality industry, but unfortunately, this hotel fails in both aspects. Attaching photos for reference.

I don’t recommend staying at this hotel at all. I chose this hotel for its location but for the price, this hotel wasn’t good at all. The rooms are extremely small for the cost and there is not a single window in it. There is no parking and no lift. The service was also very poor. The staff is not cooperative at all too. Please don’t stay at this hotel. There are many more better hotels at this price point. Overall it was a terrible experience and I won’t recommend anyone to book a room here.

The hotel staff is unprofessional and dismissive during phone interactions. The property fails to honor online bookings, prioritizing walk-in customers instead. Avoid making any upfront payments unless you are physically present at the property, as there is a risk of not receiving your room and losing your money with no refund. Many of the 5-star reviews on Google appear to be fake. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience.

I strongly advise against staying here, even if it's convenient. We chose this place for its location, but it was a huge mistake. The cleanliness was appalling, PLEASE DO NOT GO BY PICS POSTED BY HOTEL and to make matters worse, there were no geysers. The only decent thing was the staff's service, but that's not enough to compensate for everything else that was wrong. It's definitely not a good option. What’s advertised is misleading—refer to the actual pictures taken. There are no windows, and the place feels like a cave, with just an AC and a fan. On top of that, there’s no lift, and the steps are so steep that climbing to the second floor felt like a real challenge, especially for older people. Imagine having to deal with that every time! Overall, it was a terrible experience!

Wouldn't recommend anyone this hotel. Better options are available. No lift facilities you will do up and down thousands time. Extremely small rooms at this price point . Don't go for images room are very small. Better pay 200-300 more and get a better hotel.
