It's very far from the temple and mostly rooms are not well maintained lot of issues..plus the hotel manager can kick u from the room when ever they want in search of better booking money. Greedy people no facilities in the room. They treat u like an atm not as a customer . - no ac remote no ac working - no hot water in the bathrooms - electricity issue mostly of the time it's gone Where. We complain to the manager they all behave that he is unaware of the issue ...very badly managed. Not welcoming very bad experience not recommend for any devotee to visit in this hotel at all

Hotel manager was very pleasant at the start but became rude as the days passed. We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. Manager was keep talking about his side business (Sari showroom) and forcing us to buy from his showroom. Wifi worked for 1st day, then 4 days it was out of service. When we complained, he said he can’t do anything and told us to buy mobile data pack. Hot water was available for 1st day only, next day when we asked he said heater is not working and will take 2-3 days before it gets fixed. I have never seen such unprofessional and non supportive manager. Please book this hotel if you want to ruin your holidays.

We stay in this hotel for two days. Rooms are neat and clean. Location wise this hotel is very much convenient adjacent to Luxa thana. Service is very prompt

The hotel is centrally located within the city, offering excellent cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. We initially faced some confusion due to a similarly named hotel, Hotel Midcity Grand, which appears on Google Maps at the location of a Gurudwara. However, this hotel is conveniently situated right next to the Luxa Police Station. Although our rooms were not ready upon arrival at around 3 PM, the staff was cooperative and efficient in resolving the issue promptly. Their helpful attitude made the experience smoother. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel owners behaved roughy and abused when I complained about the cleanliness. Major concern was the owners who sits at the reception. I stayed for 2 nights, they did not cleaned the room a single day on their own. I went out in the morning and came back in the night and i realised room is not clean so i went down to ask about it. I politely told that room is not clean and asked the reason. And they replied you need to tell us to clean the room, we do not do that on our own. So it was your mistake that you didn’t tell us. If you want we can send room service now to clean, and i asked why i need to tell you? The cleaning is supposed to be done on daily basis, i neebr have to tell in any other hotels to clean it up. So they got furious and started using foul language instead of accepting their mistakes. I had to leave early in the morning and was tired due to travelling whole day around the city and i and my mother wanted to rest but they were so unapologetic about it and behaved rudely. And started pointing out my mistakes that was the huge disappointment. They do not know how to serve the guests and how to behave to women in my case. I started heading back to my room as i realised they will not accept it and apologise for the inconvenience caused. When i turned back they started laughing back at me and made some derogatory comments which was not appropriate and acceptable. Worst and egoistic owners ruined the whole experience. On top of that they provided 7rs water bottles (2 bottle) per room on 1st day of check in. On second day they do not provide water. Now after this argument i went to my room and i needed water so i had to call to reception unfortunately. And they said we do not provide water on 2nd day, there is shop nearby you can go and take it from there or we have tap water. I asked can’t you provide 7rs water bottle? And he rudely denied and cut off the phone before i say anything. So i had to go outside at 11pm in the night to get a water bottle. Worst hospitality Location is good and rooms were small but good enough but the behaviour of owners were highly unacceptable. Hotels are known for their services not for the location and i can not give even 1 star for that.

I had a great experience over there, manager (Shambhunath pandey) is also very helpful person. Rooms and toilets are clean, they provide me a three bed room even though I'm single person and booked a double bed room. Due to shortage of rooms but still they didn't deny me and even upgraded the room. Nearby good food options and ghats are also not very far away. Overall a good experience.

Best hotel in Varanasi, its in the centre of city so every place is easily approachable and one can take a walk from hotel too its that near. The staff is super friendly and i was travelling with 5 female members of my family and even for a millisecond they felt anything odd as everyone is really nice in the hotel. Much appreciated and I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Overall, a good experience staying at hotel midcity! The place was nearby kashi vishwanath temple and railway station. The staff were good and cooperative. Highly recommended.
