Hotel Surya Residency – My Personal Review (April 2025) I visited Hotel Surya Residency last week with my family. Overall, the experience was good, but there’s room for improvement. Positives: • Parking: Spacious and safe. No issues at all, which is a big plus when traveling with family. • Room Comfort: The AC was first-class — rooms were perfectly chilled and comfortable. • Safety: The hotel felt secure, which added to our peace of mind. Areas for Improvement: • Service: Could be better. Staff response on phone calls was a bit slow, which was slightly inconvenient. • General Service Efficiency: While staff was polite, the promptness and attentiveness could definitely improve. Overall Verdict: A decent and safe option for families. If service improves a bit, it could become a go-to stay for future visits. Might consider staying again.

TLDR; diretiest hotel, worst misbehaved management, ignore if you can! The place doesn't look anywhere like it is shown in the picture. It has mould, dirty comforter, dirty pillows, faulty ac (water dripping on your head while sleeping). It has water mark on all of the walls, dirt in every corner of the room, washroom seat broken and dirty washroom, dirty bucket. It had 10 different types of insects on the bed coming from somewhere inside. It was the shitties of the hotels that you can get. If you are comfortable traveller, please avoid this place. The manager called at 10.30 for checkout and then 11.08 am he calls and asks if we did not read the checkout policy in a sarcastic tone. We told him we will need 10 more minutes as 20 30 min up and down are normal. He reminded us of the same again while checkout. The property had 6 free rooms of the same type and all othe rooms on booking.com, but the guy was like we are booked and was preaching me. All in all the shittiest hotel you can ever book.

Excellent stay! Clean and comfortable rooms, super polite staff, great location. Totally worth the price. Will definitely visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room was neat and clean and hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

1. The intercom was not working. 2. The bolt of the The door for the balcony was unserviceable 3. I had parked my car in the basement parking. 4. The reception guy in the morning shift was available and helpful.
