All ratings are fake..Manager Prakhar himself writing fake review. Pathetic customer service experience. I have done booking through booking.Com He clearly refusing taking any online booking. AS they busy catering their regular walking customers. These people are ruining marketplaces reputation.I would like to do escalation mail for such malpractices.

I must say, the check in experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly and efficent. The cleanliness was top-notch. I feel comfortable and safe. The check in experience was flawless, no issues at all. Hotel staff was truly amazing, always ready to assist us. Highly recommended this hotel.

Earlier i used to go got very decent rooms but this time was not the same. Lil disappointed with that other than staff is still amazing and polite

Good room but no bathing soap + Common balcony so it's not safe to open curtains. Else everything looks good.

Clean bedsheets and room, no fuss in check in or check out, washroom was also good in this price segment. Nice stay 👍🏻👍🏻

Best hotel in dehradun. Professional staff. Hotel nearest to market. Very neet and clean and amazing stay. Everything was good. I recommend to everyone.
