Good hotel with well maintained, neat and tidy rooms. The staff is helpful and cordial. Located at Tyagi road and about 1 km from paltan bazaar, it's location is very good.

Upon my recent visit to this locale, I observed an extensive renovation effort that had evidently enhanced the ambiance. However, accompanying this transformation was a noticeable increase in prices, despite the services remaining largely unchanged. While the experience was satisfactory, the impact of the renovations seemed somewhat disproportionate to the overall improvements."

The experience was terrible we have no hot water while staying in the hotel in winter. .their number and telephone was not working ...very bad experience literally. .someone is playing music till late night and we are not able to sleep will recommend everyone to not go there and waste your money

Quite a poor hotel. The staff and receptionist were lovely and respectful except for one of the female receptionist. We stayed here for a week and had no hot water for half the time we was here, we had to use another room for hot water every morning which was quite inconvenient. There were regular power cuts. I heard some music one night and went down to see where it was coming from but found a man sleeping on a mattress in the reception which was abit weird. The food was not very nice and service was quite slow. They took 2 hours to bring up hot water in a bucket when we had no hot water in our room and they didn't have a spare room to put us in. The duvet and bedding was quite worn out and old. Wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't really stay here again.
