Hotel Aakash Residency

Absolutely poor service. They refused us for carrying our luggages from our room to the reception. So basically if you are staying here and you have a flight to catch in the morning then you have to carry your own luggage whether any elderly person is travelling with you or not. This is absolutely unacceptable. What's the point of having a good location and no service at all. I don't recommend this to anyone.

This place has all the amenities and is pretty decent place for your stay. Location is on the main road, walking distance from Pacific Mall and local market. Hotel staff is good and helpful. Also, it is pocket-friendly and the food is pretty decent as well. Limited car parking is also available.

Had a great experience staying here, we had a super delux room reserved, the room was spacious had tables chair etc and nice AC with lift for reaching floors. The washrooms are nice and clean. Had a nice experience staying there. FYI the place has quite a few photogenic areas.

Wi-Fi was not working on the 2nd floor, and the TV was not working. The technician said the recharge is not done for TV hence not working. Wi-Fi is only on paper but in the room the facility is not working. Despite repeated requests to reception the issue of Wi-Fi was not fixed. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days.

This hotel has the dirtiest service or no service, everyone is making the bill as per their own wish. Or after that you will have to pay the bill.

Let's start with Pros: 1. The location : almost perfect for the travelers who want to visit both Dehradun and Mussoorie. 2. You can check in anytime as the manager is kind enough to give you his hospitality if the rooms are available. 3. The property has good specious rooms and good conditioned furniture. 4. The rates are within budget. Cons: The rooms and furniture are not cleaned properly even in the corona times.. I had to clean the bed rest, tables and the tv unit myself even after reminder to the manager. The cloth / napkin was so black after cleaning them that I had to use almost 10 large napkins and sprayed it with sanitizer. Service is too slow that you will just forget what you ordered. The jugs and mugs were full of dirt and tea pot/hot jug was broken even after replacing the same ;) The view is not just perfect. (Roadside)
