Hotel O Central Plaza

The staff is the worst. If you book online by mistake then you will only regret because after reaching the hotel their terms and conditions become different. What I mean to say is that booking this hotel is just a waste of money.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN YOU GET IN 300.....The worst hotel of Dehradun award should go to this hotel, wrong image posted of hotels, they will charge you extra money no matter what price you have booked, No water bolles, extremely dirty rooms, pethetic location. DO NOT THINK OF TAKING A CAR OVER THERE, ITS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE CAR TO THIS HOTEL, DUE TO MARKET CONGESTION.

(1) It.s is very worst experience.i request child water to recetionist but they not provide unwanted people talkies abusing language each other and also no management staf and no professional behavior and lot of attitude (2) I can say this with all confidence that i will never recommend your hotel to anyone ever (3) my booking was confirmed 3 hours before our trip and yet when we reached our visited in 09.06.2023 stay we had problems regarding getting a good room (4) When we reached the hotel and ordered cold water, the staff says that there is no cold water in our hotel, only normal water will be available. (5) I will request the hotel owner that you should correct the management of your place, otherwise this work will not last for long. 😡😡

Very pathetic Condition of rooms. And they are provide used linen which have foul smell. This hotel is not good for stay.

If this hotel is last still I will never visit.. rooms are so bad lock was not working , AC was not working, bed sheet was full of blood 🩸 food was not at all good… this is a pathetic hotel

Worst experience in this hotel. Rooms are very small and dirty. The major point is that the hotel staff are very non-cooperative and unprofessional.
