Pathetic service. Staff not at all helpful. Even supplying water bottles in room is a big task for them. Rooms also not clean. Stinking very badly. Buffet good served is also not even hot. Moreover they will give plastic spoons and bowls in. Buffet. Never ever seen this kind of buffet service. Better to avoid this hotel.

Booked 2 Rooms in Dec In advance ,still at time of check inn they have issues of allotting rooms giving various reason shift guests to another hotels , Management need to coordinate properly They give priority to their corporate guest

We stayed at Hotel City star for a night in October and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were courteous, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, and service was excellent . Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dehradun.

It was good experience. We had come from Haryana to experience of Dehradun Schools, it was nice to be here as the staff was so good. It was neat and clean. It was also in the heart of city to even visit to the market. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We would like to come again if we will get a chance. Thank you

Apex Convent School Fatehabad , Haryana we stayed here with 100 students for 2 days and two nights. We were very impressed with the hospitality of the staff, polite behaviour of them and the quality food they provide that is A grade.

We stayed at hotel city star for two days.The rooms are large ,neat and clean with all amenities in place. The food we ordered was awesome and delicious. Staff was very cooperative . |Would definitely recommend this hotel city star situated at heart of Doon city.|Would visit again

Room was not ready as we already informed that we are coming, tv and phone were not working, washroom was so smelly and no cold water was available and non coperative staff. |We will never book this hotel. We ordered some food from outside as the kitchen was closed at 10 pm, so they were not allowing outside food, but we saw blinkit person coming to the visitors room. In the corridor 3 men were drinking alcohol openly that is too bad and shameful for the hotel.
