OYO 8078 The Central Palm

I visited this hotel few months back. •Location-on road, easily accesible to city. •Rooms- spacious, but balocony were not of use beacuse it was very dirty and gave veiw of another room not mountains. And bedsheets were also not clean, i ask to change bedsheets twice when i checked in. Dirty stained bedsheets. •Washrooms- clean and good. •Food-less options available but ok food •Staff-careless and unprofessional. •OTB- Hotel is attach with out of the box cafe so late night music was there. And i went otb at night and concern person told me that cafe is close but he will deliver to room and when he delivered he asked for extra tip amount which was not acceptable for me. •Safety- i felt it was safe. •Price- high as comparison to facillities they provide.

Don’t choose it , its horrible here. Wifi does not work here also rooms are so dirty and if you will ask for an order they won’t give it you

Absolutely unprofessional people. During check out they make excuse of printer problem for giving bill and request someone to give on later stage through courier or email. But Never provide. I requested so many times for bill even send one if my friend to hotel to collect the bill but they didn't provided the bill. Same is the case with my friend. Cheaters...

Very hard to find this kind of star service at Dehradun. Attended was so humble. They will help you in enjoying your trip ;-)

Very loud music playing in hotel late night party. Not able to sleep after a tiring 40 hour journey.

Rooms were ok. Few options in Breakfast. Food quality was not good.
