Visited there restaurant blue saucer which was very beautiful. Staff was very nice and they provided fast service. Food was definitely 👌 delicious. Though it's a bit on expensive side . But for the taste and ambience it's well deserved .

Terrible experience , wifi not connecting ,water leaking in WC , air conditioner was switched off at midnight in winter had a suffocating feeling. Food is very expensive and not worth it.

Very bad property. We checked in the hotel and stayed for a day the next day we went out and said them to clean our room. When we returned back to the hotel at 12 night we found our room was still messy and the food which we said them to remove was still there and was stinking we enquired about the matter then they started making excuses. The management was very bad and had no coordination among them. The staff was very bad. The place where they kept their mob and garbage cans the same place water bottles were kept and served to customers. The elevator and the corridor was badly stinking.

Nice property you can stay and feel the ambiance. Rooms are hill views and enjoy fine dining restaurant with authentic food.

Food quality of hotel very poor. I have order Mutten but they serve me poor quality and old mutten. Itna costly mutten Rs. 730/- without tax . Free me bhi khane layak nahi hai mutten. Pathetic food 🥵🤬 Never order from this hotel . Agar free me bhi mile to bhi nahi khana because food poisoning ke full chance hai Never recommended to this hotel for food. Ghatiya Hotel my stay was 29/06/2024 to 30/6/2024 Don’t waste your hard-earn money to this hotel.

Good place for stay here. I like their service. Rooms are neat and clean , food is amazing. But their management needs to be taken care, they don’t have systems and SOPs.

I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a function, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with a Reliance Smart convenience store right behind the mall, which came in handy during my stay. The hotel's facilities were generally good, and what stood out the most was the attentive and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist with any requests and made my stay more comfortable. While the hotel provided a satisfactory experience, I believe there is still room for improvement in certain areas. Despite that, I would consider it a decent choice for a stay and had an overall positive impression of my time there.

Very bad service. No staff at breakfast time every time need to call staff also very delay in everything. Worst experience I have faced ever at this property.
