Very bad experience with this hotel, The room which i booked from oyo app firstly they didn't provide me that room they provided the worst room with not well-furnished bed. Secondly, in this winter season they gave me very light blanket (kambal) and when i asked them for a heavy rajayi then they said that it was chargeable.

Awesome Hotel. Staff is exceptionally good and professional. I will stay again when I visit Dehradun next time. Updating on 05-05-2022: Worst experience. No power backup. Because of that I Changed hotel at night 2 am.

The Hotel location is extremely poor. Far away from the heart of the town. Leakage in Bathrooms. Poor maintenance and horrible experience. And on top of that, worse online customer service who doesn't accommodate any change requests.

It's a go to place for staying if you planning to roam in premnagar. It's centrally located and markets are easily accessible . The service is 10/10 And the people at reception are very friendly. You can hire scootey from them if you planning for musoorie trip

Worst experience ever Never ever go to this place Blankets and bedsheets are dirty staff was rude when I tell them to clean They said you make them dirty... Even I didn't enter that room Never go to this place

We booked it online around 4 to 5 days before our arrival but when we reached there . They said they don't have rooms available. Even Oyo didn't help us
