This place is very beautiful and the room is very clean Actually when I reached the hotel I saw that the hotel staff looked at us with dirty eyes during check in and even during room service they looked at us as if we were ghosts and we were offered a broken towel in the room

Great hotel to stay at if you are the area for onward journey towards the hills by bus or want to catch an early morning train. Both the bus station and railway station are at walking distance from the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it's very convenient for me. The rooms along with bathrooms are neat and clean. Room service provided by the staff is quick and excellent. The food cooked by the hotel chef is mouth wateringly delicious. The food menu is limited by the veg items are all very tasty. Price is affordable as it's a budget hotel but the rooms are nice and cozy with air conditioning. However, please don't stay at this hotel if you are coming in winters. There are no windows in any of the rooms. So if you come in winters and don't use the AC, you will suffocate as there is no ventilation whatsoever. The rooms are perfect for summers though as you will get minimum noise and cool rooms to relax.

Cordial staff, Decent pricing, nice food. *Update as of 16 APR 2023* Brilliant experience. The staff is obviously very cordial. The food was tasty. If you do plan on staying, try their dum aloo and special tea. The location is the USP of this hotel, exactly in the middle of Haldwani Bus Terminal and Haldwani Railway Station. Last time I visited, they did not have parking facility, BUT now you can bring your car as well coz they made a new parking. Amazing staff. *Update as of Aug 2024* The food is the same, tasty and fresh. The tea is also good. If you are staying here, you must try their food. There is proper cooling in the rooms. Best stay at the price point. *Update as of Oct 2024* The tea is exceptional. The staff is cordial like always. We didn't get to try the food this time.

I stayed here for three days in September 17. I found the accommodation to be very good value for money (1400 rupees). Situated a five minute walk from both the train and the bus station all the town's amenities are close by. AC was top-notch, double-glazed windows, so no real issues with outside noise, bedding clean, food good, room service and housekeeping - all good. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, honest and obliging who on more than one occasion went above and beyond my expectations. All in all I would recommend staying here with no hesitation.

Average quality of budget hotel. Rooms are good for customers want to a budget hotel near bus and railway station of Haldwani town. The staff is nice and kind to help. Parking space is limited to 4 to 5 cars. ♿ Wheelchair Not accessible.

All in all I would recommend staying here with no hesitation. * I am a little suspicious of the "western girls'" review. There are plenty of hotels in this area - how stuck could they have been with at least three hotels within thirty meters? Maybe the girls negative comments were accurate but if they were, then their experience was the complete opposite of my own.
