WORST HOTEL EVER AND NEVER PAY EARLY. I have booked through OYO and made the payment earlier when I reached the hotel they increased there charges and told me to cancel your booking due to which my money is stuck. NEVER PAY EARLY IN OYO .. They take the money, later they don't return it. It's been a year I have booked a hotel before 9 AM and cancelled it before 9AM till today they not returned money . I have called the customer care many times as possible they just hung up the call.

Even after my OYO booking was confirmed, I was charged here citing my personal issue. The staff is very useless, the rooms are very dirty, the name is Oyo, this is a place to loot money, nonsense room, people wake up nonsense, it will be better if you don't book this hotel. The people here have remote controlled the AC. When the hotel doesn't work then why do you open your skates brother. Or GST is charged after booking confirmation from such rubbish staff. 😁😁👎👎👎👎

The location is near mukhani. But hotel is not so good, rooms are not clean. Not trained staff. Bedding is not neat. If you do online booking, they will ask you for 12% gst to be paid again, even if it is included in the online receipt. Even on request they won't extend your check out, and if they do, they ask for extra payment. Also, don't believe in the amenities written in online booking(i booked through agoda), they do not provide any breakfast, wifi for staff only. Rude owner, very selfish.

Worst Hotel in Haldwani.. Rooms were dirty as hell. The Bedsheet Got Stains In It. At Booking The Price Shows 700-800 Rs but when you go to the hotel they will tell you that the price may not be updated at OYO so the room is of 1500 rs we will give you at 1200 Rs. While booking they show "rooms with AC" but when you arrive at the hotel after booking they demand extra money for AC rooms. The owner was arrogant and want to cheat you with money with every way possible. Not at All Recommended. 👎

Nice place for those who are looking for stay with freedom. You can walk in terrace, hall and everywhere freely. Restaurant is not available in hostel so you can order food directly to room without any restriction. As a hostel, staff is nice and polite, Kitchen is only for staff but you can avail some basic facilities like luke warm water and ro water free.
