OYO 8672 Hotel Friends

"This is the worst hotel in Nainital-Haldwani. There is no water supply, no towels are provided, and not even drinking water is available. The room service is terrible, and the rooms are so dirty that words can't describe it. It's hard to imagine a worse hotel than this."

Wrost hotel in city ..staff is very unprofessional even the owner do not have manners to treat guest ..I don't know why treebo has listed this property..dirty rooms food is like street food very unhygienic I do not recommend anyone to waste their money n time ...plz teach ur staff how to behave with guest they even don't provide towel n soap

Worst ever stay, never do the booking here, over priced. Beds have cocroches and insects. AC is never working, did my booking from treebo and oyo there reviews for hotel are fake. Food is worst quality and expensive than even the best restaurants around vincinity.

Poor hotel, staff behaviour is rude. We r 3 person but he gave only 2 towels. No room service. Suggested go to some other hotel becoz u can get better deal compare to this hotel

The room was very dirty and there is no provision of hot water in the hotel room, there is no room for bathing, there is no latch in the clean toilet room. Your employee doesn't even have the guts to talk about how to talk to a guest.

Hotel is located at good place easy to find but if I say the overall experience of my stay then I would rate it 6 out of 10 becoz firstly room size is just adequate but the cleaning is not that good what u expect by seeing some of the pics and furnishing of the room is just ok ok by seeing the price of the booking of u get it below 1500 then a good choice otherwise u should have a look at some other options on Oyo app.

I can give them 5 star also but having 1 problem they need to improve there food quality and quantity,make it some lagre in quantity and have to make delicious also.. tht people can b make order again n again so all is gud but in food services they need to improve properly n they have to improve there coffee quality specially..i wish nxt tym whn i will visit there i will be found there everything gud..thanx alot to hotel friends for service n cooperation..

Worst hospitality staff have no sense how to talk then don't even tell about the stay inclusive and worst is if you talk nicley also they will behave arrogant, my suggestion spend more but don't stay in this, worst hotel stay in Haldwani.
