Ashtapad Saamaayik Resort

Though the photos look amazing, resort was worst. There were cockroaches and other insects everywhere. The owner was not at all co operative. At first she helped us on our way to resort which we appreciate but when we complained her regarding the hygiene and sanity of rooms, she was nowhere to found. The lift was one among the thing which attracted us for this resort but it stopped working right after our arrival and we had two sr. Citizens with us. Our experience was not at all good here, it was way below poor.

This resort is by far the worst we've visited, there is least to none hygeine, lots of random scattered trash, at first, it may seem nice, the Jain Mandir is very nice and precious, as for the resort, it genuinely disgusted me, it was so unhygienic, when we arrived at the room, the bed was covered with a blanket, when we removed the blanket, there were lots of bread and other food crumbs, some electronics randomly stopped working and no one responded when we asked for help, there is also quiet the sarcasm present, there were so many insects, we even found a scorpion in our bed, it was really dangerous, the food system is very bad, and there is always people snatching food from the buffet like a zombie. Please only visit for the Jain Mandir, and not to stay. Very poor conditions.

If you are planning to visit India’s first Jain temple situated at 7000 ft at Mukteshwar, this is a place to stay. The owners of the resort are the ones who built this majestic temple. Pros: Jain food, Elevator Facility, Brilliant Views of Himalayas, Jain temple 5 mtr away, cozy ambience, owners are very friendly, pocket friendly food pricing, in-house tiny store to shop organic item like Juices, Haldi, Oregano, Tea, etc. Cons: Parking is limited, Rooms with bunker beds are bit congested. Tips: In month of May the night temperatures were 9 degrees Celsius so please carry warm clothes always.

We came here from badrinath and the facilities& arrangements were really good. The hotel is well maintained and food was very hygienic. It was not at all a dharmshala experience. You must visit this temple

while going to Ashtapad, the so called resort is useful for jain pilgrimage, by getting jain food and jain mandir darshan. but it is not worth to go mukteshwar only to visit hill Station. Hardwares of most of doors are not working properly. poor service, beds were dirty. no parking. we visited last week and were totally unsatisfied.

Excellent service, magnificent view of himalyan range & sunrise.. perfect hospitality.Delcious hot Jain breakfast and dinner. My recommendation to every once to visit. My stay was beautiful and always be rememberable in my life. Adjoining Jain & sanatan mandir. I really enjoyed during our stay.

Jain Resort is very nice in all respects. Owner Mr. Abhay & Mrs Kalpna care personally to all guests. Staff is so caring, soft spoken & fast. Sun Rising scene & Astapad/ Kailash Parvat scene is very clearly visible from top of resort. I highly recommend to stay here
