Green Oak Resort Mukteshwar

Very very poor services & not even clean and no facilities available** Even no one managing the luggage... Poorest among all hotels I have ever visited

The resort is known for its fantastic view and situated off the main road which is it's best part.the rooms are slightly overpriced esp. if u book near to check-in date. But the view from the balcony more then makes up for it and the nature walk that it has is not there in any other place. Rooms are good and washrooms are clean and newly done Food is average..infact comparing to mukteshwar standards its good. Iam staying here for the third time which indicates the quality of the place. Be careful while coming to this property esp if it's raining heavily or snowing as the last 200 mtr road is a slope and car may skid on it.

Had travelled to this place in December 2017. Inching the way towards Mukteshwar, many resorts pass by, and one wonders if this Green Oak Resort that I booked is real or not. And then there we saw a board with the resort's name, and a downhill way barely wide enough to fit an modern day MUV. Carefully we drove on the way, feeling excited. and a few meters ahead lies this beautifully located resort. Greeted by the warm staff, we checked in swiftly and realized that weather update on the phone was for one time, correct. A room heater was indispensable and was provided at the first ask, and it did its job well, owing to the petite room. The room was not very spacious. (the picture on the web seemed to be clicked via a 10MM lense). Though they were cosy. Beds, neatly made and comfortable. The superior rooms has a balcony facing SE, sunrise view. The in room dining service was good and timely. The food was warm and nice though some dishes seemed to be prepared in a haste, specifically the omelette, which was raw from the inside. As an Indian I prefer my eggs well done. The reception had to be called up every morning to request for hot water. They would then pump the water in overhead tank, which would come through the geyser, after being heated. But the water was there. there was free wifi as claimed by the staff, we were also given the passwords but were not able to connect to the same. Overall the stay was pleasant and enjoyable, with the hospitality offered by Mr. Pradeep, along with the heater and good food. For our stay we ordered the food in our room and did not go to the restaurant. Had a lovely stay and would recommend the resort to anyone planning a trip.

The staff is very polite and service is prompt. We stayed during June 2019 as a family and found the stay to be very good value for the money. The food was really delicious and prepared as per our taste and request.

Ample parking. Good beds and clean linen. Rooms needs to be spruced up. They have a strong stench. The bathroom fittings leak. Shower cubicle glass missing.

We stay here for 1 night and day. It is really nice place, good ambience, nice and big room, good view, helpfull staff. Will visit again for sure.. Keep up the good work. My best wishes to you guys.🥂🥂

It was a Great Place, Friend like staff. Their food was really delicious and upto the mark, it feels like we are having meals at home. One best thing about meal is they provide "Tawa Roti" so that we should not be getting fedup eating "Naan Only". Housekeeping, cleaning everything was good. They need to improve on their game amenities ( Table tennis table was in damage condition, Carrom was not properly placed ). something need to add for kids play area. I recommend this place if you are planning for Mukteshwar..!!

Need to Improve In Services and Behavioral Education. अतिथि देवो भव: Food is Good If Group is Smaller but On Mass Gatherings, Services In On Degraded State, Need to Add More Staff Members, Way to Resort Is very Steep and Dangerous, Advise Locals and PWD Road Department need to Review the Road Conditions and Barricade Needed to Avoid the Major Accidents, the Visitors faced@the route.
