Super OYO Townhouse OAK Hotel Winter Line Inn

Seriously pethetic I will not suggest anyone to book this. 1- Management and the manager 3rd service and knowledge about the hotel how to run and poor service. 2-Manager denied to check in on online booking and ask for extra amount. 3- service staff don't know how to give the service at the time of place any order for dinner nothing was given without asking and ordering them. 4- Manager is seriously not able to manage the hotel. 5- location is good rooms are good but in term of service pethetic. 6- After the booking with breakfast manager and the vendor denied that breakfast service not available. Seriously book mat krna untill or unless if you are not capable to fight with them for room for good food for good service ect.

Okay so the location is amazing but hotel loots you. Denies the entry & then extorts money from you. It doesn't even give the room type for what you have booked. Hotel manager fights with everyone & took money from everyone who checked in Pathetic experience

We had two night stays here and it was a wonderful experience. The location is very peaceful. The view is very serene from room balcony and rooftop restaurant (Winn Cafe). The food is so delicious. Above these all, the staff is very courteous and owners of the property are a delight. The overall hospitality gives you a very homely and positive vibe. Five star rating and kudos to the team.

I had very bad experience with oyo, in my first booking hotel refuse to give me room and the reason is he gave our room to their direct booking. Then I booked another one oak hotel first he gave us the room where seapage is there in entire wall later on he agree to give us a better room for Rs500 per day extra. We paid Rs1000 extra, coz we booked room for 2 days.....our over all experience is worst, always thought booking with oyo is our bad decision in entire stayed time.

Rooms are clean and hygienic. Very Good Location. Nice ambience & cleanliness .view from the balcony was superb awesome. Gurudwara Sahib was located Beside the hotel.

When we reached the property, stay was denied. We were told that they will not provide room as they are only taking offline bookings and asked very high price. Behavior was very rude, they just told us go and take look on some other property. Pathetic experience. Will give same review everywhere until i am answered properly.

The location of hotel is not actually in Mussoorie. If you are to visit Mussoorie then book hotel near mall road. The food is way too expensive and not that good. The behavior of staff is not very good. You have to pay extra for heat blower for your room. The rooms are ok. The view from the hotel is good. I suggest you to not go to this hotel. It will be a waste of time, waste of money and your Mussoorie experience will be ruined.

Very good hotel in Barlow ganj and it's approx 3 Km from Mall road. It takes only 15 min to reach mall road by road from here. It's very near to Jay pee palace. 2 Km from Jharipani. Restaurant food is very tasty but costly
