FabHotel Winter Line Inn - Hotel in Barlow Ganj, Mussoorie

The location of hotel was nice,only 5-6 KM far from the Mussoorie bus stand specially the view from the bedroom was fantastic. The breakfast menu (Package Breakfast) had very limited options. We were told that we can order only 1 dish per person along with Tea or coffee. ( No options of fresh Juice, bread toast and cut Fruits) which is generally served at any other hotel when you have breakfast in your package. The staff were kind and humble, However, they work in the kitchen with lots of noise, you can easily hear them talking to each other, singing, and laughing while you are enjoying your breakfast at the restaurant. Overall stay was good 👍 as we were out of the room every day! Enjoyed all the nearby attractions by renting a scootee.

Very good experience. Love to visit again in future. Rooftop cafe is chery on the cake. Excellent view from our rooms and cafe. Food is delicious. Staff is very cooperative and supportive. Especially the cafe guys all are very good and polite. Hotel Manger too is very kind and supportive.

Hotel manager is very rude and has no sense of belongingness...Fab hotel booking should always be avoided, they did wrong booking and we had to stand at reception for 3 hrs and finally had to take 1 room in different hotel. Location of hotel is good with food also above average. Not recommended at a cost of 3.1k/ room given by me..

Didn't want to even give one star. The hotel looks beautiful just from outside with great pictures. The hotel is almost 5km far from Mall Road. The room had dirty walls which surely needed a whitewash. Also, they don't accept any kind of cards.

I was staying at this hotel when I travelled with my family. It was an amazing stay. Pros: Ambience: The rooms have decent view from the hill top and the winn caffe has one of the best views in the city. The place also has great decor with even subtle details of fragrances into account. I honestly loved every corner and how well it was maintained in the hotel. Food: This genuinely deserves to be applauded, I had one of the best Italian food range in this hotel and Winn caffe is amazing. Staff: People in this hotel were very friendly. Uncle Sam from reception goes out of the way to ensure your safety and comfort. He was very helpful and warm. Do try to reach out to him offline or over call before you book the place for helpful information. Cons: None as such, please check for location of the hotel before you book so you are mindful of the travel needed. Have a great stay. :)

Great room , the rooms in the from have an amazing view of the valley whereas the room in the back have no window /view at all! Food is great, it's served at the roof top. The interiors of the restaurant is beautiful. They have a variety of food included in their servings. The staff is friendly and helpful. This place also has sufficient parking area. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. During winter they do provide the heater but with extra cost.

I stayed here for six nights. Pros: 1. Staff was very polite and helpful. 2. Peaceful location 3. Housekeeping facilities were satisfying Cons : 1. Furniture was broken and old compared to the hotel pics 2. Complimentary water was not provided 3. Wardrobe was insufficient for a long stay 4. Cloth hangars were insufficient 5. Cafe on the top floor is very beautiful and well maintained but food was horrible.

Horrible toiletries. Towels and Napkins were really smelling bad. Worst part was the staff. They were rude and extremely non helpful. Always had frown on their faces. It was as if they were forced to work. Absolute unpleasant stay.
