Best location in mussourie. Mall road just 2-3 km away if you prefer serene calmness do stay here. Best quality rooms and washrooms. Garden view is breathtaking. Breakfast menu needs an upgrade though but overall clean and amazing property to stay. Dnt go for super luxury rooms as monkeys anyways will not allow you to keep balconies open so better have morning tea or dinner in the common garden area.

The place is at an aesthetic location with excellent view of city and Mountain View. The staff members were co-ordial and very welcoming. They took all measures to make the stay comfortable and homely. Would recommend this for those who wish to explore beyond the ambience and loneliness of a five star property. This was the first outing where the family relished the space both indoors as well as outdoors

Absolute Disaster – Worst Hospitality & Rude Staff This hotel is a complete management failure. Despite informing them of necessary changes well in advance, they failed to make them and then had the audacity to argue that they were unaware. The girl at the front desk and the manager were beyond rude—pointing fingers and speaking disrespectfully. Service is painfully slow and inefficient. A simple request for a cup of hot water at breakfast took an hour! Check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, but even when we requested our rooms at 2:30 PM, they told us to "cooperate"—only to make us wait 2.5 hours more! Housekeeping was no better. Instead of actually cleaning, the staff was busy on their phones, ignoring repeated requests to finish the job. Overall, an absolute waste of time and money. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
