Blue Mountain

I am Jitender kalkal from New Delhi. Stayed in this hotel The white house for 2 nights In November month. This is the best point to view the sunset. Friendly staff: "The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay". Clean and comfortable: "The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable". Great location: "The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found". Excellent service: "The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable". Good food: "We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning". Great value: "The food was good and great value for money". Thanks again to the hotel team for making my holiday memorable.

I stayed at the property for two days following were my observations - 1 - Staff is highly unprofessional, we had to ask them again & again for small - small things. (Toiletries, towels etc.) 2 - We asked for heater to which one of the staff boy told its chargeable i.e.₹300 & other one said ₹500, when we confronted both the staff boys they were arguing about the price. 3 - The property is on mountain side and there is no lift, if only u want to hike every time u reach to your room and them back to reception. 4 - We asked the staff to arrange bikes / scooters for travelling around, they were adding commission to the quoted price and timing. (1000rs/day from morning till evening). When we directly had a word with rental bike owner he said I've never asked this amount. ( Originally, 750/day quoted by bike rental owner. Also, he agreed to give back the bike next morning.) To which the staff said we have already paid on your behalf, u need to give this amount to us. And creating a fuss for timing as well. 5 - I made the booking through agoda which blocks the amount on your credit card while booking the property, later you can pay the way u want at the property. Staff asked us to pay 2.5% of the amount for making card payments. There was no such thing mentioned on agoda. 6 - The rooms were highly congested not at all the shown in the images. There was no hot water in the shower. Bathroom doors couldn't close properly . And there were really huge spiders in the room. These are my honest reviews, I hope it will help other guest to make a clear choice while booking this property.

Stayed for a weekend with Family, the stay was quite great, I’d say this is one of the best hotel in Mussoorie, best sunset & cooperative staff with quick service. The rooms are beautiful, cozy & will give you the vintage royal feel - the breakfast is just superb 👌 It’s pet friendly, with lots & lots of spots for great pictures. The most important is the location & view from the hotel - all calm & silent.

Rooms not cleaned … Phones are not there for staff and room service … Rooms are too far from reception desk how guest are managing … No proper and quick response as staff is inadequate .. i ordered towel and waited for 1 hour still nit come .. i was staying for 3 days but immidately check out on same day

Fantastic place to stay, quite and clean property, rooms are spacious and comfortable, no compromise in food part, we stayed there and we had wonderful experience.
