Parking is not available at the property. Location is good but other houses are attached to it makes a privacy issue. You can see clothes drying next house from your balcony. Rooms are very small. Beds are extremely tiny sized. If you are 5. 8ft and above you won’t be able to sleep. Out of the three rooms 1 doesn’t lock so it’s a huge safety issue. We couldn’t sleep all night. Slippers are not provided. There is no toilet rolls in any of the 2 toilets. One of the toilet seat is broken. Food is exorbitantly overpriced + 18% gst (thats the gst slab of a 5 star property. 90% items from the menu were not available. Even soft drinks were above mrp plus 18% gst on those also. There is no kitchenette available. So you can’t cook anything, everything needs to be ordered from their overpriced kitchen. Breakfast is complimentary which offers only two options 1. Poha 2. Pratha with tea or coffee. The place is a monkey menace. If you sit and try to have a sip of tea in balcony you will be attacked by monkeys. We were attacked twice during our stay of 1 day. Bonfire can only be arranged if you pay extra money. We cancel-led it because of the monkeys. Also there are cats which enter the house. So you have keeps yourself locked in the house all the time. Only thing good about our stay was the cleanliness of the house and the behaviour of the caretaker aman and chef who were super courteous and helped us every way they could.

For all pet parents and other planning vacation with .. PLS AVOID them. We booked a stay with them. Lots of interaction. Full payment had to be done in advance . We even called and discussed a special birthday evening dinner . My mom who is elderly .. her care. They didn't send us any directions. I even asked the day we were leaving . We booked the fern cottage but they have no Fern cottage on the map so when we followed Google map we reached a wrong location . It took them 2 hours of frantic calls to offer a solution .. wait and we will send our driver. Pls note we had driven 1.5 hours form Dehradun. Sat in car for over 1.5 hours / closer to 2. When I said we are going back to Dehradun (we could just stay anywhere due to the pet) and need a steps free place for mom ... they said wait there. Another 1 hour for him to come. They take no ownership of their mistakes. Over 2 weeks and all I get is we apologised. What about my money , apparently it's our fault to not ask (which we did. The caretaker said aap ne punch nahin) when they Never said they location was under a different name on Google Maps . WHO DOES THAT. Have a wrong name on google maps . NOT TELL THE CUSTOMER AND SAYS ITS MY FAULT .||U don't want to arrive after a long drive with a pet and reach land of no where. Monkeys around so u cannot take ur pet out of the car also to pee.

The property doesn't have a parking space within the hotel premises and requires you to park your car on the road, with no responsibility being taken by the management. Secondly, we booked two rooms - a standard room and a queens cottage. No complains on the queens cottage one, however, right adjacent to the standard rooms, a motor has been installed which keeps powering on every 5 Minutes - thus affecting the sleep and making it really difficult for the guests to have a comfortable stay.

Had a fantastic time at White Hill, Mussoorie! The place is a stunning heritage property, painted all white and it's as cosy and charming as it can get. The room was super comfy and clean, making us feel right at home. What made it even better was the warm and helpful staff who were always on their toes to help us out with anything we needed. Their Fay Cafe was a hit too! We had some tasty meals there. What really touched us was how they went out of their way to cook up a special non-spicy, healthy meal for my 2-year-old. It's little things like these that make a big difference. All in all, our stay at White Hill was nothing short of fantastic. From the comfortable rooms, friendly staff, to the delightful food, it truly stood out as one of the best places we've stayed. If you're planning a trip to Mussoorie, White Hill should definitely be on your list. Trust me, you'll love it!

Worst place to book if you are looking for a hygenic space. Don’t be fooled by their pictures. We booked the room through their website and Edna the manager confirmed the booking for a mountain view room. When we reached they gave us another dingy room telling that it is an upgrade, calling it a “Suite room” after wasting our one hour in this they told us as all out mountain view rooms are booked we don’t have any. To which they gave us another room with a garden view, and we have been charged for mountain. Now at night in the same room while I was sleeping I found a “BIG RAT” moving in the false ceiling and there was cockrocaches of all sizes in the room. After calling the reception, the manager EDNA she responded that it is in a forest area so this is “COMMON” I lost my cool to her unacceptable behaviour. How can you find Rats and cockroaches in a hotel room situated in a normal roadside mountain area. This place is super unhygenic, they ruined our vacation. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS PLACE AS IT HAS SOME SERIOUS BAD HYGEINE SITUATION. Be safe✨

Sundays Forever a Boutique Home-Our Cottage is named Readers Cottage.|Even though the weatrher was awful with rains through out our stay the place and the people more than made up for it. The staff is one of the most helpful and cooperative people that we have come across. Always wanting to know if there was anything more that they could do. The food is excellent-fresh, very well made and not too spicy etc.|Would definitely recommend to all.

Please don’t book this place or u will definitely ruin ur vacation!the manager Edna is really rude she committed something n booked something else the property is not at all maintained !u will enter the property n feel like khandar actually! No hygiene Don’t go with the pictures they will send the property is totally opposite the pics!although the staff is bit cooperative n food is also good else the property on the price given is really not worth n yes 0 stars to Edna guys ! She will just push u for 100% advance so that no option will left for u Just because we were group she agreed to 70%n still it was a big amnt n no option was thr for us too They r very easy to say please check out if u r not ok🙅🏼‍♀️as All have free ka paisa… We really wasted our hours on arguments with them! No parking space Not a beautiful property found green kai walls all over! They have jungli grass all over the property Room service was very poor!——⭐️

Perfect Hotel for Perfect view that too with Zero noise, next to jaypee(best view of mountains) you can see. Neat and Clean room with amazing in house service. And the Food quality is just next to awesome! I’ll give 10 stars out of 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!
