Hotel O Pine Tree

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff their concern and service. All of the people are incredible. The best part about the stay was the food. They used to provide all the varieties of food such as Indian, South Indian, Chinese and of course continental. Such a nice and caring staff which made my stay easy and comfortable. Sure will check-in again...

The View from the hotel is so nice, the waterfall drizzling onto the rocks sounds soothing to the mind. The breeze swept over the whole surrounding gave soothing and calm feeling. a thumb's up to the location. The way to the residence from the petrol pump was not good. Even the worst at nights. These steep downhill is a nightmare for those who do come with an Activa or a scooty. Furthermore, the meals sounds expensive enough and was tasteless too. Do book a room on the personal visit to the location, and after the site observation.

This 5 star is for servive. #location is good if you have your own vehicle, 2 km up from bhatta fall and 5 km down from mall road. #Ensure parking availability before booking with them. #now the way to hotel is a pakka road (recent development) Not slipry as mentioned in most of the comment. #the owner and staff are polite. The Food is Good. 🥙🥘🍛🍲🥖

Hi I am owner of pine tree Mussoorie A guest Raman Nagpal wrote a very bad and false review against my resort .They came at 2am night and demanded for food and liquor on that unfavourable time Which can never be fulfilled .further after denying by the staff they started using abusive language.This is really shameful for such visitors they destroy the dignity and norms of my resort.In future if any guest or visitor wrote such stupid and nonsence remark then they have to make explanation for it and strict action will be taken definitely Thanks Sanjiv kumar bhardwaj Owner pine tree

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered from the valet to check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities . The best hotel I've ever been previliged enough to stay at . Loved it 💙 Thank you for such an unforgettable experience.

worst experience ever we were regretting by booking this hotel not even a hotel to stay no facility no services at all we booked 4 rooms through make my trip our only mistake was that we booked non refundable rooms and when we reached we found the hotel locked and no rooms available after 2 hours we got tents there with no fans and no water . I wish there were negative stars rating .

The worst Oyo hotel in mussoorie.... I book for my friend and she told me the hotel of very bad they don't provide soap, handwash towel nothing.... And most important the lady owner don't have manners to talk .... Location third class Washroom was very bad full of smell... Mussoorie 7KM My opinion don't book this hotel...... All in All 4Class
