Very neat and clean heritage property. Loved staying here for 3 nights. Humble and helpful hotel staff. Sonia and Madhav from sales were of great support. Food- excellent but little over priced. Resort location with valley views is best 👌 7- 10 mins steep walk to mall road but very approachable and near to this property. Highly recommended for peaceful stay with family. Thanks for amazing hospitality

A pleasant place with great hospitality! Went with my mom for a 2 night’s stay. Must say ,the whole process beginning from booking till the check out was made super easy by the staff. The property is clean and tidy . The room was spacious & good food . Do take their help if there is a difficulty reaching the place . They kept in touch until we reached the property to make sure we reached safe . Special thanks to all the staff including kitchen staff for making our stay memorable. Highly recommend to check this place out for a great stay. Cheers and best wishes !

Location: Bad Narrow road to reach hotel , the mall road is 200 mts uphill , you may have to think twice to go to mall road due to steep climb . Food : Bad Breakfast, Tea with 90% hot water was served . Mix Paratha was basically Alu paratha . Recommend not to eat chicken here it will upset your stomach. Room Service/ House keeping: Room Service Staff are good , they will help you anytime.

Went with my family for two days and the location is just wow. Very Serene, calm, beautifully and we'll managed. Staff is extremely humble and efficient in there work. Food is food. And best part is lil play area they have for kids

Loved this place...as it made me relax, rejenuvate, brought peace. Relaxed breakfast in sun, soaked in sun and nature. Food is good, service is good.. people are nice. I feel great. Rooms r spacious, beautifully done. Felt pampared by my own state of relaxation. I loved it and recommend as nice place. Waking from mall road.

Simplicity at its best. Stayed for 3 nights and it was an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay . Very courteous and helpful staff. Location - walking distance from Mall road. Yet so secluded and peaceful. Property : excellent rooms with all basic amenities. Well maintained open spaces. Has a charm of its own. Food : simple, home made. Highly recommended for families.

We stayed in Pine Retreat from 5th March till 8th March. We were mesmerized by the aesthetic of the place. What a lovely place. The building and its interiors look the same as they do in the pictures. What you see is what you get. The place is impeccably neat. The staff is very friendly, polite, helpful, accommodating and courteous. You would feel so welcome from the moment you step in. The food is awesome too. Since we are the kind of people who do not like to venture out that much it's very important that the property is enjoyable. We were more than satisfied. Honestly, the hotel stay was the best part of our entire trip. I highly recommend it.
