Comfort Inn Silver Arch Mussoorie

Superb rooms and courteous staff always with a smile and accelent location away from bustiling crowd .Love to stay again in a near future. Very clean and tidy rooms and spacious. Car parking also available . Will visit again . Good food and nice open area

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was not up to my expectations. Despite the hotel's promising appearance, I encountered several issues during my stay. - The geyser was not functioning properly, which made it difficult for me to take a warm shower. - I had to request drinking water multiple times, which was inconvenient. - The washroom was smaller than expected and not as depicted in the hotel's photos. - The food options were average and didn't meet my expectations. Overall, I was disappointed with the hotel's service and amenities. While the hotel has potential, it falls short in terms of delivering a comfortable and enjoyable stay for its guests.

My stay at Comfort Inn in end March 2025 was most memorable because all staff was very cooperative,Professional.Specially Asmita is very helpful and prompt in addressing issues if any.Room service was excellent.Location is very good and right on mall.

I have a stay for silver confrt in This is one of the best resort in the serene environment where you come close to nature & enjoy thoroughly. Food is excellent, staff is efficient and professional. Mr. Rakesh Singh ji very polite and helpfull man They served our group of around 12 with a smile .
