Great rooms, very huge rooms, we booked family room for 3 people with no view, but the view from our room was so pretty idk how pretty must be the view from front view rooms. The location was good not very far from the library. The staff was very friendly. Safe for all girls group.

Guys if you are looking for a stay near Mall road than this is not a place, it's too far from Mall road you can't walk there, staff is rude and food is pathetic. Had a plan to stay there for 3 night's but checked out in just one night, and they behave this is the only hotel left in mussoorie.

The location of the hotel is a little far (approx. 1km) from Gandhi chowk. The entire Mussoorie has very narrow roads which makes to reach hotels a little harder. If you want peace environment then this is good for you. Rooms were quite large with an extra bed added with two beds. Views of the mountains was awesome from the balcony. The staffs were extremely helpful and polite. They provided us hot water to drink everytime asked. Overall it's a budget hotel.

Good and clean hotel. Helpful staff. Calm environment as location is 1km away from Mall road. I booked Standard room and it was big and airy with big glass windows and private balcony. -They should mount some hotel boards on the way to hotel so it's easy to find it as Google maps also gave wrong directions. And searching for hotel in night was a task in itself. -Delicious food, but for full plate food quantity is actually half plate.

I didn't like the room no. 302 allotted to me and my family. There were many issues with the room some of which are : 1. The bedsheets and quilt were dirty. We had to get them changed at night. We had stayed there for 2 nights but they were not changed next day as well. 2. The potty seat was leaking while flushing. 3. The chairs in the room were in very poor condition. They were torn off. 4. The walls were dirty. 5. The table where we did breakfast in front of room no. 203 was also dirty. Overall ambience was very poor. I am attaching a pic as well for your reference. Overall I felt like cheated there. It was not value for money. It was the worst experience one could have while staying in your hotel.

Property looks very old. They don't even provide complimentary water bottle. If you have a car, you may have difficulty reaching there because of the road which is narrow and entry gate of hotel is also very narrow. Bathrooms are in really bad condition, no exhaust fan is there. Staff is good. Ordered alloo parantha which was very delicious.
