Most worst hotel experience at silver rock ,the manager is rude doesn't know customer service no etiquettes while talking to women also ,total waste of money not worthful 5000/- just vented

Location and views were awesome. Free private parking. Room was designed nicely with lots of space and a big window with a great view. There was a nice terrace in the hotel. On the flip side, linens were worn out and didn't feel that clean. The bathrooms were ok but not maintained as well.

My stay at Hotel Silver Rock was disappointing. No complementary breakfast or bottled water was provided, and the early checkout at 10 AM felt rushed. Management should address these issues for a better guest experience.

I don't give five stars normally but the location is great as everything start from there, the service was great and the staff was respectful . Rooms were open, cozy and had nice view all in all if went to Mussoorie again will book this hotel again .

This is a old hotel but built up nicely with leaving open space. Terrace on the restaurant is a "Plus" for this hotel. Valley view is, awesome for both front side rooms & back side rooms. Had they have provided balconies that it would be a "big plus" but missed that part. Rest is OK.

Prime location. view is good from the room and outside (terrace cum parking). Room are clean. A little more improvement is required in Washrooms. On the Mall road with close proximity to library chowk. a lot of eateries

Manager is so arrogant. Thanks to his behaviour we slept in car. He chargers rs.4200/- for a room. There was water issue in a room. Proper water was not coming in bathroom. Boiling hot water was coming. We were ignoring but upon complaining behaviour of manager was so rude. ‘He said I have provided you room on discounted price. There is no room available in whole City right now’. We found another hotel and decided to shift there and asked them for refund. He fave me void slip as we paid using card. We said what is the proof that I will get it back he said u will instead of understanding the situation and paying by another mode was an issue for him. We could not move to another hotel as well my 8 year old son along with us slept in a car. But manager was not at all apologetic. Room condition pic are attached for reference.

Stayed on 6th July 2023 to 8th july.. All Rooms are good but if u r looking for view then go for royal classic rooms. Also, rooftops, terrace are also available. Services are good, no complaints at all. Food quality was all good. Located at Mall road hardly 200metres from library chowk. Will surely prefer for next time visit.
