Hotel Krishiv Residency

Do not book room here. The owner literally abused us. Horrible service. The room had fungus all over. The bedsheet wasn't clean but it's ok we managed. They did not inform us the geyser was not working and we had to wait 2 hours for hot water and eventually took bath from cold water. Our whole trip was messed up due to delay. Also they did not lock the room even after we told them to and in fact someone entered our room without our consent and left the door open for the whole day. Next day when we complained the ownersaid we should have left at night only if there was so much problem and nothing got stolen atleast and when we did the payment she changed her tone and asked us to get out and abused us.

I stayed here for two nights and it was my biggest mistake to stay there I will not recommend anyone to stay there the room was dirty. We went to travel without freshening up because room was not ready when we came back gyser was not working and we kept insisting them to send someone to check it out but they didn't. Next morning we called them for 2 hours to send someone or atleast give us hot water because of which we had to use cold water only. Also room gate was not getting locked. We closed the door and asked staff to lock it and when we came back someone had entered our room and the door was also open. When we talked to the owner, she was so rude to us I can't even explain

If you wants to enjoy your trip and make good memories than don't go there. It can be nightmare for you.the rooms and toilet were stinking badly. There were no cleanliness, very unhieginc .the picture in the site are not like this. Dirty bedsheet and blanket.During this time where everyone taking safety measures and sanitize everything. They were no safety measures in this covid. I had to visit for my work. And spend only 1-2 hours then I left cos there were very dirty room and toilet.someone put his chewing gum on the bed side, dust and fungus in bed head rest. Cigarette ashes thrown on the table and used match sticks fallen in toilet basin. When I spoke about it to the staff they behaved very rude. A misbehaved and rude teenager boy was manager their. He denied to refund my money, even don't ready to clean the room and shouted on us. No one wears mask, no sanitizer and replied that 'this is our way if you want to stay you can but we will not refund or clean the room, do whatever you can do'. I have breathing issues so I had left without any argument at around 9:30pm and book my other hotel. There were not even Dr facility. It was very very bad experience. I also accepted it my mistake to choose this Hotel.

Rooms are ok toilet are not proper clean... The food good. But the service is Very slow... If order than you to wait min 50min-1 hr..

This is the worst hotel with worst service. Rooms very bad. Bed isvery bad. They have own issues with oyo. They denied check in because they want more money than oyo. Please don't book this hotel. Never book this hotel. Never use oyo too. Worst experience in whole life. DONT GO THERE

Don't book here online because they refuse your online booking and won't let you check in and the rooms are really messy, wet everywhere, suffocatingand bedsheets are torn.. No ventilation and very bad experience

Best rooms at affordable price. They serve the best quality food at cheapest price. The working staff is very nice and friendly. Value for money.
