You may never guess the beauty of this hotel holds only if you are at balcony of this place. The view of entire Mussoorie Vally look so enchanted in the morning when the sun rises behind the beautiful mountains. You can get paranomic view of the whole valley. Talking about the room and sevice is nominal, some rooms are spacious some have no windows and has nice view. Sevice is average I don't say more about it we haven't avail any. The best thing about this hotel is the affordablity.

I'm staying here for a few weeks. This, picture palace end of the mall is less cheesy/corny than library end. Priced appropriate to weather and lack of heating. Small electric heater at a cost, declined. The host combines the beguiling, assumed innocence of Borat with hospitality learnt from Fawlty Towers, luckily lives offsite. Tho' receptionists come and go she is helpful. From clocktower it's just past a series of murals

Hi All, It was a great mistake of mine to choose this hotel. I was a tired solo traveller who was expecting a positive & welcoming experience. It was completely spoiled during my stay. Someone working as housekeeper/cook/receptionist (dont know name) from Haryana has no etiquettes and talks too much. While the room, bed , washroom was very dirty, dustbin was full with rotten food already, he refuses to accept. Balcony was really dirty. (Dont fall in for the pics). I was given room that was used already. (Mat not clean, there were cigarette ashes & food split on bed), Balcony has food spills and mud. Debris & dirt scattered everywhere on floor. Washroom has severe dirt deposits and there is leakage from WC. Washbasin Taps are faulty as well. Guess what, there is mouse inside false ceiling that keeps jumping throughout the night and shall scare you all night. Thank god i was carrying ear plugs. Hotel refuses to provide extra blanket(only blanket inside room), NO towel, tea , food , nothing. You cannot use room balcony as they have no protection for monkeys. It was a terrible experience staying in this hotel. Staff has no concern for visitors & they shall talk like they are customers & you are service provider. I had to literally beg to the housekeeper to keep my luggage for few hours next day. Shall never recommend or return to this hotel ever!!!!!
