The stay was exceptional, and the location is conveniently close to Mall Road. The hotel staff was extremely polite and always ready to assist. This was my second time staying here, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place for families, friends, and couples. Stay here to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant experience during your tour.

We had a mixed experience here. The rooms were decent not great but the location is good. They have their in-house parking, so that's nice. Breakfast was included and the menu was also mouth watering but their execution/service was not up to the mark. Don't get me wrong the staff and reception was all good and helpful, they just didn't handle the morning breakfast well. Breads were there but no toaster, butter and bread was frozen so you can't have it. The puri sabzi delivery was very slow and parantha was okish, could be better. This hotel could be a good option if we ignore these sections, as this is close to the mall road.

We had a hard time commuting from Mall road to the hotel. The cops won't allow rented bikes or taxis to the Mall road. So we had to depend on the hotel cab for pick up and drop. The attitude of the cab driver is horrible . Looks like the entire hotel depends on just one driver. The rooms are okay. There was drainage issue in the bathroom.The corridors are dusty . The dining area is not great. Food was also not that great.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was disappointing. One of the female receptionists had a noticeable attitude problem, although the other staff members were good. The breakfast was average, but the bread griller wasn’t working, so they served cold, ungrilled bread. The hotel is extremely overpriced—charging ₹4,000 per night during the festive season. They even charge ₹400 extra for a room heater, making it clear they want money for everything. Nearby hotels are not only cheaper but also in much better condition. Additionally, the location is inconvenient—900 meters from one end of Mall Road. If you arrive in the morning or at night, there’s no pickup service, forcing you to walk on a steep, partially damaged road with your luggage. There are plenty of better options available on or near Mall Road. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Hotel service is not good at all. Rooms are smelly, Bedsheets are dirty, Rooms does not resemble even 1% to what they have uploaded the pictures on Makemytrip. I had to check out the hotel within 20 minutes and my Advance amount was also wasted. Please make sure not to give any advance to this hotel before checking the rooms. Highly highly disappointed and my day is completely ruined. Wish if i could rate this hotel in minus.

Recently I had stayed in this hotel for two days with my wife when I went to Mussoorie for a couple holiday. The hotel staff was good and decent .They provide us very good service at reasonable price. The outside view from the hotel was very beautiful.The food was very delicious and the kitchen staff service of the hotel was very good.

Hotel staff was too much cooperative and food quality was too good. I will will look up to visit again whenever i will visit mussoorrie. Happy and satisfied with their service. A big 5 star to you
