OYO Shivam Hotel

Very decent hotel with reasonable prices. The view from the open terrace is just beautiful I recommend sitting there during the night if you stay in this hotel

We had good experience at this place. Its very near on mall road in masoori, neat and clean rooms, staff is friendly in nature. scope of improvement in crockery provided in room. you can see a very scenic view of deradun from open roof of this hotel.

Rooms : good but doesn't have that view which u want in hills station. Food : they serve vegetarian food only and quality is good. As for non vegetarian u can order for any restaurants and they can serve you. Staff: They were good people as always pahadi people are sweet and they talk to you politely.

Do not visit this place. Unprofessional Staff, Unclean and very poor service. This is the worst place I've every seen. I asked manager to share Owner's number, so that I can complain about the place but he didn't share with me. I would let everyone know in my contact to not to visit this place. I came from Delhi and there were no arrangements. Washroom Unclean Unavailability of Water Unprofessional Staff Unclean Room Bad Catering I wish I can put 0 in rating. Crazy Hotel!!

Rooms were good in cost Rs. 1000/night, but the manager was rude and started arguments with me. Manager asked ID proofs with address of all my family members staying in Hotel and warned me to cancel my booking if I failed to provide ID of any member.

Well it's not a value for money deal that I can say for sure. but doesn't miss it by much!!!! it's nearby to mall road lacks parking space and one has to park on the alley. Rooms are small but the bathrooms are decent, makes me wonder why did they make such huge bathrooms in such rooms but all together ok of you are our with friends but if you are with your bae definitely try the Oyo next to this one (ya there is one just adjacent to this one) will cost you a little more but it's a bit more decent

Staff was cordial and everything was working. But the place was not as properly clean as one would expect it to be. The place is very near mall road and therefore is a good stay. However, the view is not good from the window. Otherwise, the place to fine.
