Recommended! The stay was comfortable and we enjoyed a lot. Initially, we found it to be a little expensive. However, it turned out to be a value for money experience. The rooms are clean and maintained and they also provided heater in room. The pure veg breakfast served was tasty and hygienic. The food at the pure veg. restaurant ( a la carte) had limited menu, but whatever we tried was of good quality and very tasty. The location is also very good and walkable for the Mall Road. The staff is efficient and courteous. Overall, a very satisfactory and memorable experience!

Excellent Service!! Scrumptious Breakfast and Dinner and very warm Service. Pleasing view and located near Mall road therefore facilitates ease of travel. Special mention to Mr. Ajay Singh. Very well behaved, cordial,polite and helpful.

A good hotel, close to the Mall road, Library Chow end. The best part is the parking facility. Rooms are decent, not so fancy but good. Staff is humble and supportive. In regard to the Food, Breakfast was excellent, and during dinner, due to busy time, we faced delays, but food quality was good. Chinese cuisine needs improvement.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Vishnu Palace recently and would definitely recommend it. The room was spacious with amazing mountain views. They had room heaters which were very helpful as it was cold in the evenings. Location was perfect, right next to Mall Road. They also had a cute fireplace outside every evening with music playing, creating a lovely atmosphere overall. The room service was really good too. When asked for extra blankets and towels they always gave it to us and the room cleaning was impeccable. The food service was great too. Food portions at the restaurant were very good. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful overall. However, in particular Ajay Singh showed excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to make our experience at the hotel even better. I can’t appreciate his assistance enough.

Hotel Vishnu Palace is conveniently located at the Library end of Mall Road, making it an excellent choice for those prioritizing accessibility. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes. However, the hotel’s infrastructure and cleanliness leave room for improvement. Towels are worn out, and the bathrooms are dated and lack proper maintenance, giving parts of the hotel a government-run feel. Overall, it’s a decent option if location and a good breakfast are your main priorities, but don’t expect modern amenities or top-notch upkeep.

We stayed at Vishnu Place Hotel from November 28 to December 1, 2024, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. The service at Vishnu Place is exceptional. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and showed incredible hospitality throughout our stay. Whether it was the restaurant staff or the room service team, everyone was polite, attentive, and professional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel’s ample parking space was a great convenience, especially for guests traveling by car. One standout feature of Vishnu Place is how well they handle emergencies. During our stay, we observed how concerned and helpful the staff were in addressing medical situations, which is a testament to their dedication to guest care. Although it is a vegetarian hotel, the food was so delicious and varied that we didn’t feel the need to eat elsewhere. Every dish was prepared with care and offered a burst of flavors that left us impressed. Overall, Vishnu Place Hotel provided us with a wonderful experience. From the top-notch service to the excellent facilities, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and hassle-free stay.

Our stay was pleasant.....thank u fr ur service. The view from hotel is breathtaking. This hotel is close to mall road , 2 mins walkable distance from hotel. Food is good here they have separate menu for jain, good for jain or those who don't eat onion and garlic. Thanks.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff are also courteous. Parking facility is also good. We also enjoyed the breakfast served in the morning at the hotel. Value for money comparing the facilities provided in the hotel. The location of the property is also great.
