Service is too burst that you can’t imagine in very low budget hotels also after 10.30 you can’t even get any cutlery, We even didn’t got Glass, No Coffee tea bag Milk powder so Sugar No complimentary water bottle You can’t Iron This is condition of Saturday and Sunday when they are expected that there will be clients in the property such basic services to be offered, but knowing the same they don’t even care, There might be chance that Owner is not reviewing only few staff are running it. Location is only the best part of this property just 100 meter from Mall Road, so you can get food from Mall Road. Yes, geyser is working.We paid 4K for two double bed room is good deal as balcony is superb of this room. It give feelings like food is good quality but there is no salt as this is low cost items but mandatorily to be appropriate in food otherwise entire food will be bad. Type of glass is kind of jock, is look like we are in hostel life, no matter it’s decision of owner not of service staff. No toilet paper.

The hotel experience was overall positive with great views and delicious food, but the room service was disappointing. Despite requesting water and soup, which are basic amenities, they failed to deliver. Initially, they promised a 5-10 minute wait, but after multiple calls, they eventually suggested getting water myself. This experience has left me with no desire to return to this hotel in the future.

Rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was good. However, the room service was average. The hotel is good for stay only.
