Staffs were responding well.The size of the deluxe rooms are nice. But they are very old. Bathrooms were not clean since they they have reached their end of life. You may opt for Super deluxe rooms which are fresh/ new and very good. Situated on the mall road. Hence, location is pretty good. Overall.. Good experience

Good experience and friendly staff. Room service was very good. Cleanliness,sunlight,air ventilation,greenery views are excellent .Meal quality was good. Hotel location was closely to the Mall Road and easy approachable to market .lift facilities is available.

I stayed with family for two nights |It is on mall road , we can enjoy mall road activities, night time it' s betufil rooms are good clean but vechile can't go upto hotel |We must walk 800 meters from picture house. no parking that's the problem . From library 1.5 km

Hotel Hamers International has a fantastic location right in the middle of the famous Mall Road in Mussoorie, making it very convenient for exploring the area. However, it's worth noting that taxis don't have direct access to the hotel, so plan accordingly. The room was decent but didn’t quite match the premium look shown in the pictures. It was more on the average side in terms of appearance. That said, the pricing seems fair for such a central location. Overall, I had a decent stay with my family. If you're looking for a place with a prime location in Mussoorie and are okay with simpler accommodations, Hotel Hammers International is a solid choice

The family room was not good. They need to upgrade it like other rooms they have. The room lies somewhat in the extreme end or side of the hotel corridor which makes it look shady. Though they have a lift in the hotel but it is also very small which couldn't even accommodate 4 people at one time. Food quality and staff behaviour is good. The bathroom was very small considering it was a family room. Or have 2 separate toilets.

Hotel hammers has some pros and cons. Pros: 1-it's situated at centre of mall road. 2-Services are as per standards of a 3 star hotel 3-Staff is promt to respond on any kind of problem 4-Food is good also reasonable considering mussoorie. Cons: 1- Construction is old and it doesn't look like it has been shown in the images. 2- Rooms are small moreover they doesn't have room with valley view as shown in the pictures. So don't go by pictures. 3- Most important point which I was surprised is that distance between hammers international and point where commercial taxis are not allowed is arround 1km and its a valley road with full ups and downs and there is no other way you can go to the hotel except walking as I was going with my mom having problem of walking it was very very difficult to reach the hotel although after asking hotel staff they have arranged a paid cab to cover this path. So consider this point if you are going with your aged parents.

Rooms need a makeover . . Service is good . .guys are helpful. . It's close to Mall road . . And once u are out of the hotel you are already in market . . Price is little more compared to the room . . But still worth it . . (Mihir & Kunal)

They have rented this hotel on 3rd floor to some bunch of scammers and the hotel is also involved with them. The scammers pose as some travel agency and they stand outside the hotel and lure you with some scratch cards having some prizes in it and they ask for 45mins of your time to brainwash you and scam you of 50-60k or even more. They ask for some crucial details such as adhar card and credit card information. When I complained the hotel they said it's your mistake that you are giving these information to them. Stupid hotel giving scammers an office in there hotel just to get some extra money in their pocket.
